19 year old Makoto Suzuki isn't very talkative and isn't the most popular guy around, throughout high school he had close to no friends didn't know how to make conversation and got bullied. Done with life he "gave up" until something changed him after high school, he now decides he wants to take life seriously and better himself with the help of his best friend Arata he enters college with a new determination. "Make my college life the fullest it can be!" along the road he meets new friends and even a girlfriend all well enjoying college life! However the school he enters in is "everyone for themselves" and has a high demanding structure. In order for Makoto to have the best school life he can he must abide by the rules, easier said then done.
