Deathmatch

John clashes with Diaval a couple of houses get destroyed nearby from it.

"fascinating I never knew humans can be this strong," said Diaval.

"thank you, sir I train every day," said John. John parries him and goes for a cut but scratches his skin.

"Nice try human my skin is made out of pure metal," said Diaval.

"then let me step it up a notch then," said John. He then transforms Kusanagi into Kusanagi Masamune. John then goes for another slash and this time he gets cut and bleeds a bit.

"see…" said John before he sees Diaval wiping his blood with his left hand and looks at it.

"This is my blood…." said Diaval before he starts smiling like a maniac.

"YES, SOMEONE HAS CUT ME HAHAHA!" yelled Diaval laughing maniacally. He grows a second sword from that hand and spikes grow out of his back. He then slashes at John. John blocks but he flies back into a few houses behind him from the force of the blow. John gets out of the rubble.

"man, he crazy now," said John. Diaval charges at him again with his sword. John this time was ready and starts to block his attacks. John then slashes him again in a perfect counter and gives him a big cut but this didn't slow Diaval down at all and John starts getting cut up from his attack.

"Are you starting to have fun yet? I'm having a ball," said Diaval with a smile. John with cuts all over breathing hard starts to smile.

"of course, I finally found a true swordsman who loves combat," said John.

"YES, COME FIGHT ME IN GLORIOUS COMBAT UNTIL DEATH!" yelled Diaval in excitement. They continue to fight each other.

Cyrus and they were walking back to the Sky Palace when they encountered Ion in wolf form carrying Gaia in hatchet form looking a bit beat up.

"hey Ion," said Cyrus. Ion drops Gaia to the ground and barks back. Cyrus then looks back and sees a lot of dust clouds where John was facing Diaval.

"They are really going at it," said Ramuh.

"I'm going back to just in case he gets himself killed the man has a wife and a kid on the way." said Cyrus. "you don't mind bringing these guys back Ion?" he asked. Ion barks back moving his head to tell them to follow as Cyrus heads back.

John's clothes were all torn up from Diaval with a few more cuts on his body. Diaval had more cuts on his body. They keep going at it with each other.

"slowing down this time I'm not going to hold back anymore Diaval," said John who transform Kusanagi Masamune into Zephyr Kusanagi Masamune.

"bring sir Ripply," said Diaval. They go for a slash at each other they both stood opposite from each other.

"why didn't you finish me," said Diaval.

"Simple really so we can fight again one day," said John.

"I see till that day comes I will train hard," said Diaval who falls down and passes out with his swords breaking apart.

"of course, till that day comes," said John. Kusanagi reverts back to normal and uses it to walk back to the Sky Palace.
