I had heard this so many times I knew it off by heart at this point. Next Sunny would be coming in with a retaliation. Then mum would tell us any chores we needed to get done. To which Sunny and I would push her out the door so she could go do whatever adults do.

"Remember to take out the bins and could you two be amazing and put out the washing for me. It should be done in about thirty minutes, please. Also, I bought a few games at a garage sale. I wasn't going to play until Ezekiel visited, but from the premise of the blurb and a skim of the rules, it was one of those detective games.
