Keira didn't waste time staying more than she should have at her parent's home.

"But we only arrived here last night."

She didn't care that Nate was pouting heavily. Bottom lip jutted out, he looked so ugly. She wanted to kiss him again.

"I have work," Keira said carelessly, shoving her clothes inside the small suitcase. She had to make more room for her prized books. They were signed by the author themselves, after all.

"Sure."

"I mean, here. I want to eat your mom's cooking again."

"Definitely not."

"But why?"

"I just don't want to."
