The screaming from Lucian made Mabel flinch. She took her gaze away from his direction.

"Tell me!" Lucian screamed again as tears gushed from his angry face.  He sniffed and later grunted.

Mabel refused to look in his direction as well, not ready to tell him their truth. There was grieving silence as the only sound was coming from Lucian panting. Mabel stood up and walked to the window. Lucian's gaze followed her and stopped the moment she stopped. She looked up at the stars. It was already night, the night they were supposed to be sleeping. They were supposed to be having a nice time, but it was one of the nights they screamed at each other. That night they had many questions to ask each other but they could only scream and scream, yet no answer.

Lucian stood up from the bed and walked to her. He circled his arm around her waist and rested his head on her shoulder.
