The figure in the black gown

I looked at them leaving, then went out of the marble room and got upstairs to my office. There the figure in the black hood was waiting for me. I sat in the black office chair, turned it away to the window, and looked at the full moon visible on the skyline. I crossed my hands at my chest and moved my fingers for the figure to come closer. His footsteps echoed in the room, and he stood on my left.

"We need to hurry with the Council reviving," I said, then turned my head to the figure, "You need to find all the heirs till sunset and bring me the list in the morning. We'll compare with those Eleanor is making, and sent invitations to the heirs. The meeting will be this night."

He nodded but didn't leave the room, as if he knew I had some more things to tell him. Actually, he knew, as we're working together for a pretty long time to know each other's behavior and moves.
