Letting out a brittle laughter, "grandma I think you're under the influence of fairy tales. Or did you watch Cinderella cartoons before coming?" 

"Huh? I can't even remember the last time I watched fairy tales movie." 

"Then why are you talking bout dating and relationships? Because I know am not interested in them" 

Raising her eyebrows, granny Mathilda burst into laughter.

Scowling her face, "grandma what's funny? I didn't say something funny" 

Slightly pinching and pulling bianca's cheeks, granny Mathilda chuckled, "yes dear, you just said something funny." 

Frowning confusedly, "how?" 

Taking a deep breath, "first of all, let me tell you something." She sat up properly and faced her. "Do you know that old men and women of my age  still goes into relationship?" 

Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, Bianca threw her hands in her mouth and gasped. "Ahh, you gat to be kidding me grandma" 

Nodding her head, "no darling, am not kidding, am talking legit." 

"But why do they have to go into a relationship when they're old and weak?" Shrugging her shoulders, "weird" 

Flicking her forehead, "oh you haven't heard of old people dating sites?" 

Frowning confusedly, "old people dating sites? No I haven't and why is it?" 

Chuckling, "okay I'll tell you" she whispered and explained. "Every woman needs a life partner, whom will watch over her, protect her and support her till the end of time. So no matter your age or who you are, you still need a partner." 

Sitting up properly, Bianca helplessly shook her head. "But it's not in my gene to date anyone right now, because–" placing her hand on her chest, she gave a doleful look and added, "I don't wanna suffer another heartbreak, please feel my pains" 

Patting the top of her head, she chuckled. "I do feel your pains too dear but heartbreaks are also part of life" 

Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, "huh?" Bianca shouted shockingly.

"Uh huh, if you didn't date someone then how do you experience heartbreaks? Or do you just watch them happen in the movies?"

"Nelly why are you jealous of grandma's speech towards your best friend?" Billy asked. 


"Hell no am not?" Without waiting for anyone's reply, she turned towards, Bianca and grinned. "Sweetheart have you forgotten my usual slang?" 


Nelly started mimicking a song 'Best friend by saweetie ft Doja Cat' in her mouth "That my best friend, she a real bad bitch" 


Frowning deeper, "oh really, you want it, right? Fine I'll give it to you in double" sitting up properly, bianca collaborated with her, "Got her own money, she 'on't need no nig" 


Bursting into laughter, Nelly slumped on the couch beside Bianca. "Damn you're really cute when you say that" 


Cupping her cheeks, granny Mathilda laughed, "I thought you'll be coming back from Frankfurt with Frank" 


Frowning confusedly, "huh? Who the hell is frank, grandma?" 


"Ugh you still don't get it, do you? Okay I'll break it down to your understanding." Taking a deep breath, she added, "I mean your boyfriend" 


Placing her hands on chest, Bianca groan fustratedly, "Ugh grandma, can someone live in this planet earth without having an affair? I would really love it that way" 


The others present in the room, burst into laughter in unison. 


"Then how did you manage to exist?" Ryan laughed. 


"No I think someone fell from heaven without passing through the normal process" Thomas laughed. 


"Can you guys please stop teasing my daughter's best friend?" Turning towards, bianca whom was letting out a weak smile, Elsa added. "My dear, there's nobody who's gonna escape the word DATING" 


Giving her a brittle smile, Bianca helplessly shook her head. "Hmm that's a nice one, Mrs Anderson" placing her hand on her chest, she let out a silly chuckle, "but I don't wanna suffer any heartbreaks" 


Bursting into laughter, Nelly giggled and slumped on the couch. "Oh you mean Marvin?" 


Rolling her eyes, Bianca cupped her cheeks. And gave a weak smile. "Hmm kinda" 


Marvin Hewitt is bianca's ex boyfriend. The two started dating in college until when Marvin broke up with her for no reason, just to hangout with a random hot model in college Janette Tim. 


Marvin was bianca's first love and crush. He manages to win the heart of many girls in college because of his handsomeness but as times goes on after the two lovers parted ways, bianca decided to move on and heal her broken heart by herself and ever since that time till now, bianca has been scared to fall in love with any other guy.
