EP 1; Placing the coffee mug on the glass table, "you know what darling, girls like you who always try to run away from dating and relationships, always end up falling in love at the end." 

Letting out a brittle laughter, "grandma I think you're under the influence of fairy tales. Or did you watch Cinderella cartoons before coming?" 

"Huh? I can't even remember the last time I watched fairy tales movie." 

"Then why are you talking bout dating and relationships? Because I know am not interested in them" 

Raising her eyebrows, granny Mathilda burst into laughter.

Scowling her face, "grandma what's funny? I didn't say something funny" 

Slightly pinching and pulling bianca's cheeks, granny Mathilda chuckled, "yes dear, you just said something funny." 

Frowning confusedly, "how?" 

Taking a deep breath, "first of all, let me tell you something." She sat up properly and faced her. "Do you know that old men and women of my age  still goes into relationship?" 

Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, Bianca threw her hands in her mouth and gasped. "Ahh, you gat to be kidding me grandma" 

Nodding her head, "no darling, am not kidding, am talking legit." 

"But why do they have to go into a relationship when they're old and weak?" Shrugging her shoulders, "weird" 

Flicking her forehead, "oh you haven't heard of old people dating sites?" 

Frowning confusedly, "old people dating sites? No I haven't and why is it?" 

Chuckling, "okay I'll tell you" she whispered and explained. "Every woman needs a life partner, whom will watch over her, protect her and support her till the end of time. So no matter your age or who you are, you still need a partner." 

Sitting up properly, Bianca helplessly shook her head. "But it's not in my gene to date anyone right now, because–" placing her hand on her chest, she gave a doleful look and added, "I don't wanna suffer another heartbreak, please feel my pains" 

Patting the top of her head, she chuckled. "I do feel your pains too dear but heartbreaks are also part of life" 

Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, "huh?" Bianca shouted shockingly.

"Uh huh, if you didn't date someone then how do you experience heartbreaks? Or do you just watch them happen in the movies?"

Grabbing bianca's hand, "come on, it's getting late." They walked towards the car. 


"Honey, what were you thinking before saying yes to Marvin? Without waiting for his reply, she added, "that guy is a drastic guy. He is not a good guy and you know it. He–" 


Cupping her face, he smirk. "No one dares to terrorize my territory, if anybody do–" he scoffed and added, "then such person should get ready to face the devil himself." He said and  pecked her lips. 


"Get in." He gestured her into the car and boarded the car away. 


"Honey this is not right, I won't allow you to risk your life just to save mine." 


"What are you scared about?" Pointing at himself, "me? You think am gonna die?" He chuckled. 


Widening her eyes, "Honey, am not saying you're gonna die but– I don't want to lose you in this socalled war." She stated. 


"That's the same thing am talking about. You sound as if am gonna die. Baby let me give you a clue, anytime you're less busy, don't hesitate to ask Ryan about me." Looking at her, "Marvin asked for war, right? Am ever ready to give him war, infact it's gonna be hotter than a warfront, trust me. I don't go back to my words, I am a man of my words and I mean every word I say." 


Swallowing a huge gulp of saliva down her throat, bianca thought for a while. "Oh God, what is the meaning of this? First it was Marvin, second it was the guy at the roadside and third it's Justin whom is ready to face a drastic war because of her. She didn't want him to risk his life because of her. If only she can get over these sarcastic stuffs for good. 


Just then, bianca's phone rang, which distracted her from her thinking. 


Picking the call when she saw the caller ID, "Hi grandma–yeah–" looking at Justin whom was busy focused on where he was going, she added, "Yeah we are together–today? But I didn't–okay fine, I'll stop by, and Nelly? Is she back yet?–okay fine, see you soon." She said and hung up. 


"What did grandma say?" He inquired with his eyes not leaving the driveway. 


Scrolling her phone, "she said I should stop by for dinner." 


"Not just stopping by, you're actually gonna spend the night with me." Looking at her, "that's if you don't mind."
