Nelly's engagement

Inside the room

Tossing the briefcase aside, "come on baby!" Rubbing her hands to friction, "tell me what's your surprise? Tell me, tell me, tell me, I can't wait to hear it!"

"Okay I'll tell you, but at least calm down and chill." He chuckled.

Placing her hand on her chest, she sighed and sat on the bedside, "okay, done, now tell me."

"You are still nervous, to know. I said chill."

Stumping her foot on the floor, "come on Thomas, how would I stop being nervous, if you don't give me the surprise?"

"You wanna know what it is?"

"Yes sweetie, I'm dieing to know. Please tell me." She twitched her fingers nervously.

Taking a deep breath, Thomas sighed and dipped his hand into his pocket. Slowly, slowly, he inched closer to her and knelt on one knee, in front of her.

Scrunching her brows quizzically, when she saw his weird act. Nelly has no idea what he was about to do, but something tells her that something good is about to happen.

Taking a little box out of his pocket, Thomas opened it and gazed into her eyes. "I remember the first day we met and I approached you. You said, you won't fall for me because am your brothers friend. But I never stopped chasing you, because I knew my eyes found the something ripe and good for eating."

When Nelly blushed and covered her mouth, he added, "gradually by gradually, I never give up. I hit on you and shoot my shot." He chuckled softly, "and then you couldn't resist me but give in. Ever since when you became part of my life, my whole world turned around miraculously. Only you, you're the only thing I'll see forever. In my eyes, in my words, and in everything I do, your sight is the only sight that will ever bring me peace! And for that, I say, Nelly Anderson will you marry me?"

Bursting into tears, "Yes Thomas, I will marry you." She cried.
