170: The Infernal War II

The Burin River cut a stark contrast to the land that it ran through. The river itself was a yellow backdrop against an earth that was scorched black and dim with the blood of the fallen. The river was a source of Gurite stones, it a kind of silt like substance that actually burned quite well after it has been dried. It was ironic really that something that carried the element of fire had been born from a source of water. The river itself was tributary that came down from the Ghadovara Mountains, so in a way this was piece of home that was the true dividing line between Divyat's territories and what was left of the shattered remnants of the Rizal Empire.
