"What's wrong?" Eric asked when Magan removed his hand from her waist while looking at her.

"Nothing, I just felt tingled, that's all." she let out a smile but Eric was very suspicious and he didn't want to ruin the evening by questioning her about how she had been acting weird these past few days.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"So what's really the occasion?" She smiled as he opened the door.

"Nothing, I just figured my girl just had to have some time out of the house. You barely enjoy picnics these days so a nice restaurant with a karaoke machine and your favourite meals will do the trick."

"Did you say karaoke machine?" Her face lit up like a child on Christmas morning.

"Yeah and guess what? You get to sing even as a customer here."

"Thank you so much." He hugged him sideways and he kissed her forehead.
