Alpha Decker and his Luna welcomed Lyod home with great relief and joy.

"Loyd, where have you been? Why did you disappear without a word? Your father went to great lengths to reassure the boys that you are fine."

"Fortunately, they believe you are invincible."

"I am, aren't I?" teased Lyod confirming his father's statement. "Did something happen while I was gone?"

"The Sabertooth demands an explanation regarding Luna's crowning. Now all the packs know you found a mate, and she is a human girl."

Lyod was silent and only pondered for a moment.

"Loyd, dear. They wanted to advance the crowning ritual earlier, and all the packs in this world will be there to witness it."

"I understand. Anything else?" Lyod didn't seem to care whether the date of the crowning ritual was pushed forward or pushed back and changed the direction of the conversation.
