Jerome was shocked to see his father's physical body melting and turning into black mist. "Father!" Jerome no longer sensed his father's life force, indicating that the old vampire had died.

This fueled Jerome's anger even further, and he unleashed destructive magic to attack the nine-tailed fox man. The fox man furrowed his brow, aware that he would die instantly if Jerome's magic hit him. As a result, he released his domain and fled to his own created world.

The fox man let out a relieved sigh as he arrived in his icy world and felt his muscles able to move again. However, he didn't expect his vampire adversary's son to follow him into his domain.

Fortunately, the nine-tailed fox had regained control of his body and movements. He leaped to dodge Jerome's magical attack, narrowly escaping harm.
