040-Christmas!

Ivan was not going to go in Diagon Alley or Knockturn Alley unless he could brew the Polyjuice potion.

Going there alone was too dangerous for a first-year student.

Ivan turned around and left. Before leaving, he also bought a bottle of potion to eliminate the smell on his body. After throwing twelve silver sickles to the old Rick, Ivan left.

He knew that there is a place where he can find the remaining two ingredients, it was Snape's potion storage room...

Although there are great risks in doing so, Ivan now has no other way.

Returning along the same road, it was fortunate that the boss of the Honeydukes was entertaining some guests, so Ivan was able to pass the cellar smoothly.

Coming out of the secret tunnel, Ivan went to the room of requirements for the first time.

"I want a safe place to refine potions," Ivan said.

In the next moment, a door appeared in the wall, and when Ivan entered he arrived in an unfamiliar space, surrounded by many bottles and pots, as well as a large number of equipment for making potions.

The only thing missing was that the cabinets and bottles used to store potions were empty, not even the most basic ingredients were present.

"Even if it could fulfill all requests, but sure enough, there are some restrictions," Ivan said disappointedly, originally he wanted to try and see if he could steal some potion materials for free.

Ivan found a cabinet and quietly stored all the purchased ingredients in it so that he could use them directly when making potions in the future, leaving only the potion that can eliminate smells.

After doing all of this, Ivan turned and left. On the way, sharp-eyed Ivan also saw Quirrell sneaking around on the fourth floor.

He thought of something, as he pulled out a map to confirm the location of Snape and the other professors and principals, and a plan started forming in Ivan's mind.

...

During the next few weeks, Ivan watched Snape's movements on the map and occasionally looked at Quirrell, and it was already time for Christmas.

As December started, the weather became more and more cold, and a few days before Christmas, there was a heavy snowfall. When Ivan woke up in the morning, he found that the outside was covered in a thick layer of snow. Harry and Ron even shivered with cold, and had to add a few more sweaters beneath their large wizard robe.

Ivan took the two of them to the common room and sat around the fireplace. He also used the Transfiguration spell to create transparent windshields to block the small windows to make the whole lounge warmer.

However, it was a bitter day for the owls who delivered letters. Several of them directly hit the transparent windshield. A large number of envelopes were scattered all over the place, so Ivan went to the window and removed the windshield.

Outside the window, poor Quirrell was being hit by a bunch of magical snowballs. Ivan even saw one of the snowballs that looked very solid and hit the back of Quirrell's head very accurately, which made Ivan sweat in fear for the Weasley twins.

In the afternoon, Ivan and Harry and the others finished their last potions class. The whole Hogwarts was boiling because tomorrow was the start of their long-awaited holiday week, and more importantly, they can finally go home!

However, for Ivan, he was not happy at all, because he didn't want to go back at all. At least until he figured out his memory, it was better to stay in school to be safer.

So when Professor McGonagall came to register the students who were staying, Ivan did not hesitate and signed it, and Harry did the same.

"Ivan, are you not going to go back?" Harry asked strangely.

"Well, I feel more comfortable in school than at home," Ivan replied with a smile. Harry seemed to have found sympathy with Ivan. He even wanted to stay at Hogwarts forever instead of returning to his so-called home.

What makes Harry even happier was that both Ron and Weasley brothers will stay, because their parents were going to Romania to visit Charlie this year.

The only pity that Harry felt was that Hermione had to go home, otherwise this Christmas would be perfect...

After Ivan, Harry, and Ron had signed the list to stay in school, they were blocked by Malfoy on their way back.

"Huh? Look who I found? A few kids whose no one wants so they plan to stay in school," Malfoy yelled at Harry exaggeratedly, then turned to Ron.

="And Weasley, your mother must think she gave birth to too much of a Buffon so she doesn't want you..."

"Malfoy!" Ron rushed up angrily and readied a punch. Malfoy drew out his wand and wanted to cast a counterattack. His two followers, Crabbe and Goyle, also surrounded him.

Faster than them, Ivan took Malfoy's wand directly with a disarming spell. His remaining two silly followers could only use their fists, Ivan's two leg-locking spells made them fall down on the ground.

Malfoy, who had lost the ability to resist, had to take Ron's right uppercut head-on.

Ron still wanted to continue to do it, but an invisible barrier appeared in front of Malfoy to block Ron's fist. Snape walked down the stairs with a sullen face and waved his wand to dispel the magic on Crabbe and Goyle before he looked at Ivan and the others.

"Battering classmates on campus, wanton abuse of magic,10 points from Gryffindor !"

"Professor, but it was Malfoy..." Harry wanted to argue, but Snape spoke again.

"Fifteen points from Gryffindor!"

Ivan stopped Harry and Ron who were about to continue speaking. Judging from the fact that Snape waved his wand and dispelled his magic, the three of them could not do anything together.

Even if they could beat him, Snape was a professor, so no matter how unfair it was, they would only suffer...

Snape didn't embarrass Ivan and the others anymore, after a slightly disappointing glance towards Malfoy, he turned around and left.

Malfoy got up from the ground angrily, stared at Crabbe and Goyle, who was easily defeated by Ivan, turned around and followed behind Snape, he walked proudly away from the trio, but his face was a little swollen. ...

"Snape deliberately took points from us. I told you when Harry had a problem with his broom last time, Snape must have done it!" Ron dissatisfied.

"At the end of this semester, Snape has deducted nearly 100 points from our Gryffindor." Harry also nodded, agreeing with Ron's statement. Compared with Professor Quirrell, who was harmless to humans and animals alike, Snape was more likely to be the culprit.

Ivan didn't help Snape explain his actions this time, because Snape was too capable of attracting hatred, and even he was a little dissatisfied with Snape.

But that was okay. Ivan was still a little bit hesitant before sneaking into Snape's potion storage room and stealing the Luxweed, but now he doesn't think so much about it anymore...

Now he was just waiting for an opportunity.
