CHAPTER-2
His eyes continued to divert as he tried not to look into his mother's eyes. His mother seeing that grabbed his face and looked into his eyes with a serious look on her face, "Tell mother what happened."
Han Xiao looked down for a moment before looking up, into his mother's eyes, "Mother…promise me that you will not think of me as a fool or make fun of me?"
His lips quivered as he said that. His mother nodded.
"Have I ever laughed at you, my child? Tell mother what is troubling."
Her sweet and loving voice calmed Han Xiao even more.
"Mother, I had a dream in which…in which I saw some people…I saw some people fighting monsters and some people killing other people… and I saw many kids becoming monsters and the world getting destroyed…I saw Han Fami—"
His voice was trembling along with his body. Tears gathered in the corner of his eyes. He was really scared but for his own future. And it's not like he lied, after all, everything he mentioned had happened in the novel.
Just before his words were finished, Song Xian hugged her son tightly. Her eyes were wavering as she saw the scared look on her son's face making her stop listening and hugging him. She tightly embraced him, making it difficult for him to even breathe.
"M—Mot—Mother---" Han Xiao called his mother with difficulty.
She placed her hand on his head and caressed it lightly with a loving smile on her face, "My son, everything is alright. Nothing happened. Don't be afraid anymore…"
She continued to say that in a soothing tone. Her voice made Han Xiao relax even further and at the same time, she released her tight hug and hugged him lightly.
[Skill 'Soothing Mind' has been used.]
A notification appeared in front of Song Xian's eyes which she ignored, after all, it was a common occurrence for her. She had seen it way too many times since she was a 'Hunter'.
[Soothing Mind

It was a pretty common skill but its uses were too much that it was a necessary skill.
In his mother's embrace, Han Xiao smiled, "Yes Mother."
She then released him and made him walk on the bed. She then sat on the bed while his head over her lap, making him lay on the bed.
She caressed her son's head with a loving smile on her face, "Now, tell mother when you had that dream? And what were you writing?"
"Mother, it happened in the morning. I saw chaos all around, and four people were fighting against that. I don't know about them, but they were around 20 or something. And I saw many people fighting against them too, and I remembered those people. That was what I was writing, like their names and their special features. And the date on the calendar…it was around 2031."
Han Xiao elaborated on the story that he made up which was mixed with truths that one can't say it was a lie. 'And…knowing mother's skill…she would know that I hadn't lied…'
His mother nodded at his story and stayed silent while lost in her own thoughts. She was having a frown on her face but her hand never stopped caressing her son's head.
Han Xiao silently waited while enjoying the caressing. But at the same time, thinking too.
'I need to make preparations quickly…even if I have extra time, I don't want to take the risk and lose what I have now.'
'First thing I have to do is increase my mana vessel quality and have a mana circuit in my body. I could do the first thing easily…but for the second thing, I need help.'
Mana Vessel, the amount of mana one can be stored in their body. And the quality of that vessel would determine how much mana they could have as they grew stronger. Low-quality vessels would have less mana increase after every level up, while high-quality mana would have more increased mana in every level up.
While Mana Circuit was a more complex thing. It was like the veins structure in the human body that made the transfer of mana more easily and increased the efficiency of the skills and magic used.
'Then, I need to focus on finding others…like those low to high-level human villains who were taken in by that Organization when they were kids…if I could divert them on my side, it would be helpful…no more than helpful, they could become my live factors and at the same time, those around me.'
He was 10 years old. And, those talented people from the novel who had fallen on the wrong path, or the hidden talents, he wants to gather all of them. After all, he alone can't do much. He needs the help of others too.
'And the last thing…wait for my awakening. I didn't know what skill Han Xiao had in the novel as that was not mentioned… but if it is trash, then I need to join Protagonist's party, no matter how troublesome that may be.'
Awakening. A process that everyone goes through when they turned 15. Some do it with the help of machines, while it happens naturally for some. And those who happened naturally could be considered talented.
And the protagonist of the novel was one of the natural awakeners with immense talent which was overlooked by others. But that was only for the initial stages.
'Or if I could get the protagonist to own multiple favors to me, then that would be even better. I could make use of him in a much more good way…after all, he was a naïve person in the start.'
He continued to make schemes in his mind while Song Xian stopped caressing his head, making him look up to her.
She made Han Xiao sit beside her and grabbed his hand, and looked at his face with a small smile, "Mother has some work to do. But before that, could you fulfill one of your mother's requests?"
Han Xiao nodded without a moment of hesitation, "Yes Mother! Just ask me whatever you want!"
"Then, could you write down everything about the bad guys in your dream? But in a different notebook."
Han Xiao nodded and without wasting a moment, he went to his table and started writing everything he remembered about the villains from the novel. But he wrote about only those who were less than 25 years old, after all, only those people could be helpful to him.
'I guess mother would be giving it to father…I think mentioning extra information would be good.'
At the same time, he started to write extra information about those people like their place of residence and everything else or whatever was mentioned in the novel.
Song Xian looked over at her son while sitting on the bed, 'Premature awakening…who would have thought that my son would be able to awaken his skill while being no bigger than 10 years old. And a foresight or maybe a skill similar to watching the future.'
Premature awakening was a term used to say about those people who awakened before 15 years old. It was a rare scenario that had a chance of 1 in million happenings. While many would be happy if their child got awakened prematurely, not for Han Family, especially if the skill was related to seeing the future.
She then sighed, 'I don't know whether it's good luck or not though…'
After 10 minutes, Han Xiao stood from his chair with a notebook in his hand. He then walked beside his mother in small steps and passed her the notebook in his hand.
She took the notebook and opened it, immediately afterward, she started to examine the contents of the notebook. Han Xiao silently sat on the bed, looking at his mother's face as she seriously looked over the details.
'Well, now, let's just wait…'
