Chapter Forty Seven

Giovanni Martino's point of view

I was wondering if the cat got her tongue, for her not to say a word to me since we both got back to my quarters. 

"Are you going to remain quite?" I asked, pulling off my shirt and stretching my muscles.

"No master." She replied, playing with her fingers. I smiled, she was sitting on the bed with her head bent. 

"Again with the master, try to say my name." I whispered, climbing the bed gently.

"But... I... You... Master." She whispered softly. 

"Try to say my name Stefania, it is not that difficult." I cajoled. 

"Giovanni, repeat after me." I added.

"Giovanni." She whispered softly, I felt elated, hearing my name from her directly.

"Easy right? It was not that hard." I said chuckling. 

"How do you feel Stefania? Any pains?" I asked, rubbing her tummy. 

"No," she replied, still not looking at me. 

"Look at me," I whispered, raising her chin up.
