Chapter 61

And each side brought out their truly talented younger generation. Samuel only heard snippets but he heard there was a child of only 20 who had already become a Rank 6 Powerhouse!

This is just truly incredible beyond belief. And it might not even be the best in the Government.

As a result the Bluestar younger generation won, and Control over the ruins fell into the hands of the Government.

Suddenly just as Samuel was recollecting what happened over the last couple of years, an echoing bang spread throughout the planet.

Samuels sat on a wooden rocking chair within the Dogs of War Organisations Compound and his eyes flickered towards the sky.

The Giant scrolls had begun to move!

Slowly the Blood Red Scroll, representing the attackers, lit on fire. A small spark lit at the base before growing larger and larger causing sweat to appear on the mortals below.

At the same time, the Blue Scroll began to roll up, coming to a complete stop. Samuel noticed that the corners began to slowly disintegrate into gentle blue particles.

The small lights began to tumble down towards Blue Star, before embedding themselves into the warriors below.

Starting from the lowest ranking, and as the falling particles began to grow brighter they landed on the stronger higher ranking warriors.

After almost half an hour of burning, the Red Scroll had completely disappeared.

And the Blue Scroll had condensed into ten large final blue spots. If the first Particles were comparable to a grain of sand, then this is easily a basketball.

The ten spots spun in the air repeatedly going in circles, before disappearing completely.

Only the top ten Warriors know who else received one of these ten spots.

But it wasn't over then. What followed was the distribution of the Organisation Rewards. These were noticeably larger dots, each the size of Raisins and like the last time the top ten rewards were easily the size of boulders.

However Samuel no longer paid attention to that. His gaze was on SS1 in front of him.

''SS1 tell me what happened.''

''Master, as soon as the light embedded itself into me I heard a domineering voice. It told me my position within the top two hundred million, and then listed a small list of rewards.''

As SS1 said so, his eyes spread out and a blue light flashed as three objects appeared in front of him.

SS1 took the initiative to explain what they were.

''The first is a small space bag with the average space of a cardboard box. However I got 50 Spiritual Crystals!'' He pointed towards a small grey bag that could easily be mistaken as an ordinary cloth bag.

Then SS1's hand motioned towards the next item.

''This is the Spiritual Fruit I got as a Reward, it's called the Mistaff Fruit. Although small, it has the effect of improving the Qualifications. Although it can't raise the Spiritual Root to 2 Inches, it can still increase Spiritual Energy Absorption rates by 50%!''

''As for the final object, well this is the best of the three.'' SS1 was excited when he began to describe the last object. A small Pocket Watch.

''This is the Artifact that I got. Everytime the time hits twelve again, it rejuvenates my body. It refills some of my Spiritual Energy and can fix some small injuries!''

When Samuel heard the description he was reasonably impressed. After all there were two hundred million Artifacts handed out this time, naturally the effect can't be that powerful.

However he also knew that this was given to upwards of a hundred million other warriors so his excitement truly was limited.

Actually this was quite common, an Artifact was given to everyone in the top 200 Million after each Racial War.

He also knows the last one, it was a knife with the ability to cause slight distortions in the vision of an enemy warrior when it was used.

However most weaker warriors who received it were long since dead from age. So the knives ended up in the possession of the stronger Warriors who purchased them from the weaker descendants.

Of course there are still some Warriors roaming around with the knives. After all, if the warriors had children they would naturally hand them down.

Now Samuel was expecting to see many Warriors wandering, having a Pocket Watch hanging off their body.

Out of Samuels Dogs of War, at least 50 others ranked high enough to receive the Artifact alone!

Samuel heard about the rest of the rewards as well. Those who didn't get into the top 200 Million received 20 Spiritual Crystals and a Pseudo-Artifact. An orb with the ability to release a faint mist around the user.

It can only slightly interfere with the actions of Warriors, in actuality it's pretty useless and just a supplementary object.

It's not even enough mist to block the sight of a normal mortal.

Samuel was slightly disappointed when he heard the rewards, after all most of his Dogs of War Ranked in that area.

However most of the orbs were later put in the treasury, after all they were slightly tasteless and just wasted Spiritual Energy.

But Samuel was focused on the new System notification.

[Congratulations to the Host for Surviving his First Racial War. Due to the successful venture, the System is awarding the host with some special prizes.]

[Reward: 200 RacialWar SubSystem Points, 50% Off Racial War Voucher (Applicable for 1 Week), Special Summon Opportunity, Random Host Talent Draw]

''Incredible! So many new prizes!''

Samuel watched his Subsystem points rise up to 1,000 and the special summoning opportunities reach 1 and his eyes lit up with fire. Not to mention the 50% off Voucher.

The only downside is the time limit on the voucher, otherwise Samuel wouldn't hesitate to save it to use it when buying billion point objects.

However he was really interested in the Random Talent Draw.

''System immediately use the Random Talent Draw!''

[Congratulations to the host for receiving the Talent: Shared Development.]

[Shared Development (Hosts Talent): Host receives feedback from the Dogs of War Practice. 100 Days of Practice for the Dogs of War is equivalent to one day of practice for the host. The energy is the purest energy absorbed providing an incredibly strong foundation for the Host, however the practice speed is equally slow.]

As soon as Samuel saw the talent appear, he felt streams of energy pouring into his body. If you look down from above, you can see streams of energy pouring from every direction towards Samuels now cross legged body.
