Most noticeable was a large encyclopaedia.
Then there was a small vial, and a small pouch of Spiritual Crystals.
Inside the vial there was one Spiritual Pill. And only 3 Spiritual Crystals in the pouch.
But the book was the really valuable object here.
Samuel pried it open and began to read. First there was an introduction of the Sect. Basic information and benefits.
It turns out Initiate Disciples receive 1 Spiritual Crystal a month, and that's all. Regular disciples receive 1 Spiritual Pill a year, and 2 Spiritual Crystals a month.
And Inner disciples receive 1 pill a month and 3 Spiritual Crystals. However True Disciples receive so much more!
A shocking 3 Spiritual Pills a month and a Spiritual Fruit a year! Not to mention 10 Spiritual Crystals a month in allowance.
However, that wasn't difficult to believe. Because Samuel also got a description of the warriors they have on the surface.
In this entire sect, there are easily twenty thousand disciples!
And this is surprisingly just a branch of the sect. The main sect is located deeper within the Eternal battlefield.
However even if it is a branch sect, the leader is a High Rank 4 Warrior, and the elders are all Rank 4 Warriors.
But even so there are only 12 Elders. And currently there are 5 True Disciples. So the resources they receive are naturally much higher than the hundred or so Inner Disciples.
But Serpentine Samuel was more than happy with the resources. He would use them all to practise, it should boost his speed drastically.
So Serpentine Samuel began his time practising in the sect, using the Spiritual Crystals and pills as practice resources.
Samuels main body hadn't done much over the last couple of years. Most of his attention had been on researching things to assist his clone.
So right now, he was sitting surrounded by books of hunting, hiding, and tracking. And he realised the true value of knowledge in the Eternal Battlefield.
In the end Samuel made a decision. He wanted to go back to school.
This wasn't an ordinary school, it's more like an academy. Warrior Organisations could send their descendants there to learn the basics of being a warrior.
Although it is mostly Mortal Descendants who go to try to prove their worth to their families with their knowledge. Then at least they can live a comfortable life.
As for the actual warrior descendants? They rarely go to the academies. Because unlike Samuel, they don't have an unlimited lifespan and automatic practising.
Where do they have time to learn book knowledge?
But Samuel knows one thing, it can temper their souls. Like students going through university and college, they are often more successful, solely due to their souls being tempered by the knowledge.
In the end, Samuel decided on a small local Academy. With on;y 400 attendants, it can really be called tiny.
Samuel drove up on his first day and looked at the rows of fancy cars calmly. The Lensend Academy sign hung lowly across the roof.
Although it might be called small, the facilities definitely aren't. After all, the descendants of warriors can't be mistreated.
Not to mention the things that they are learning, they need a lot of facilities. It includes the basics from combat techniques like archery and karate, to tracking and hunting in large artificial forests.
Samuels arrival drew a lot of attention, because of the guard beside him. All these discerning students could tell it was a warrior.
''Who is he? Why does a mortal descendant have a follower?'' Samuel who was wearing his golden mask was perceived as a mortal but the dog of War behind him wouldn't be mistaken.
Of course Samuel brought the guard to make things easier. He wanted to concentrate on learning.
However Samuel turned a blind eye to the warrior descendants around. Instead he arrived at his first class.
An introduction to the Eternal Battlefield.
Samuel didn't really need to know it, but he felt it was worth experiencing.
Which proved useful.
His teacher was a Low Rank 1 female teacher who was ordinary looking.
However she rang out a lot of information, making up some gaps in Samuels own knowledge.
The most important was the different facilities that are actually built in the Eternal Battlefield!
Samuel already knew about sects and Farms that are built, but he learnt two more.
''Families exist within the Eternal Battlefield, Similar to the Organisations we have here, but they are all blood related. Families that can last on the Eternal Battlefield are extremely strong and not to be trifled with.''
The woman said with a severe tone.
''Many families have been handed down for hundreds of thousands of years, and even if they don't have top combat power, the background they have is beyond your imagination.''
''The final ones are the Tribes. Tribes are similar to families, but they don't discriminate with blood. However they are definitely as strong as or stronger than Families.''
''They often occupy valuable mines and have their own farms. Making them much wealthier and in turn much stronger than the Organisations on Blue Star.''
She continued to speak while Samuel ingested the information.
He was surprised to find out that people had farms on the Eternal battlefield, let alone having their entire groups of families and tribes there!
In order to do that, their strength must be unimaginable. Just for a couple of acres of farmland alone Samuel needs a thousand warriors!
Let alone to protect tribes filled with mortals and hundreds of acres of farms.
And families are even more frightful, because they are connected by blood. The stronger the bloodline the stronger the offspring and better the talent.
Not to mention people have more trust within families in comparison to rival bloodlines in tribes and organisations.
But all of this made Samuel realise that even if Blue Star has Rank 9 Powerhouses, there's a reason why the Organisations here aren't qualified to even be compared to the families on the Eternal Battlefield.
The lesson continued, the teacher went over basics like the zoning in the Eternal Battlefield, the distribution of Spiritual Crystals when beasts are killed.
What terrains to avoid, and what terrains to approach to find the most valuable treasures.
