Chapter 152

When the Femme Fatale saw it, her eyes condensed slightly.

''Aren't we assessing a Rank F organisation? Why does this look like a Rank E organisations compound already?'' Her eyes scanned the surroundings.

There was a towering wall in front of her, easily fifty feet tall. Behind it you could see dozens of skyscrapers poking their tips out from above the wall.

More importantly she could clearly see that many of the Sky Scrapers were laced with Beast materials.

Not to mention the metal used is clearly not normal metal. Also not a top tier spiritual metal but still far out of the price range for most Rank F Organisations.

Her eyes scanned the top of the wall, she could see the odd Warrior guarding it, Low Rank 1 Warriors, she nodded. Seems compatible with a Rank F organisation.

What the Femme Fatale didn't know was that there where Middle Rank 1 Warriors who are living in the houses at the base of the wall, but they where withdrawn temporarily by Samuel.

The women walked up to the gate,

''I am the inspector from the Government, please open the gate and let us pass.'' She showed due respect to the two Low Rank 1. After all, she is visiting a foreign organisation.

As a Government worker she doesn't want to make any enemies just with her arrogance.

While she spoke she pulled out a jade pendant, a symbol of the inspectors. It has a clear aura on it making it recognisable and practically impossible to copy.

At the same time it is tied directly to her soul, if she dies the pendant shatters, and if it gets taken she can forcibly destroy it to prevent impersonation.

Naturally the guards opened the gate to the compound. The giant wooden door creaked as it opened. Two layers of metal barriers began to rise up following traditional mediaeval design.

The Femme Fatale and pale inspector followed one of the guards through. As they walked towards the centre they took this time to admire the surroundings.

Wooden puppets, A5's creations, were moving objects around the compound. She counted hundreds in her small walk! But she lost interest when she saw they were mortal puppets.

Although puppet making is a difficult technique to learn and the inheritances are kept strictly hidden, many puppets are sold to outsiders.

If she knew that there were in fact a dozen Stone Statue Low Rank 1 Warrior Puppets defending the Headquarters it would be a different story.

But for now she continued to admire the scenery. She noticed a lot of families and children running busily around.

Second to that, she noticed the scarce population of the compound. Most Organisations, when forming a compound will allow a lot of mortals to move in to take over some manual work.

And also to weed out talented seedlings before they are recruited by others.

She didn't notice any of that here, with enough space to easily fit a million people but she only saw a few thousand with her High Rank 1 Warrior eyesight!

This was strange, how would the organisation grow? Even the Government keeps a close eye on any good seedlings. Like her and her brother.

They were both born into a middle class family, but before they were even 8 they were recruited and began to be trained by the City Lords men.

Unfortunately they both only have One Inch Spiritual Roots, She will be stuck in High Rank 1.

Warriors walking speed isn't slow, soon the Femme Fatale arrived at the Martial Arts stage that Samuel prepared.

Her eyes focused on the Uniform warriors and was quite surprised. Such a powerful force actually belongs to a Rank F Organisation?

Such a scene hasn't appeared in this small FieldView city. But she had heard from her trainee that organisations are often more than meets the eye.

''Hello I am the inspector sent this time. Can I talk to the person in charge.'' She politely walked up near the platform and bowed slightly revealing a puffed up set of cleavage.

''I'm the head here, it's a pleasure to meet you Miss.'' SS1 took the initiative to walk forward.

Since A1 left for Eltorn Paradise, he had taken the role as the Organisation Head.

The Femme Fatale saw SS1 walk forward and politely nodded.

''I assume you know the criteria for an Organisation to be promoted. We will thoroughly check, and when everything is confirmed we will officially confirm the promotion.''

''Alright the first check, is naturally the High End Combat power of the Organisation. Could you please have your Rank 2 Warriors walk forward.''

As she spoke she pulled out a small golden box. It has an indicator with an arrow pointing from 1 to 6. Between each number were three notches.

This is the testing box, it confirms the Rank of the warrior, and ensures that no temporary promotion methods are used to trick the inspectors.

''Uncle please.'' SS1 bowed towards EG1 and requested him to walk forward. Of course this is just a show to the inspectors. To make it seem like a strong family is in control of the organisation.

EG1 didn't speak, he walked forward and placed his palm gently in the slot on top of the Box.

Slowly a stream of energy poured into the box and the indicator began to spin. Under the watchful eyes of the Inspector the indicator steading stopped at the second indicator at the second number.

''Confirmed, Middle Rank 2 Warrior. Please send the next two Low Rank 2 Warriors to confirm the High End Combat Power.''

She announced.

What followed was SS1's and Gargions combat check. Of course they both passed with flying colours.

''Congratulations, your top combat power is sufficient. Next we move onto your Low End Combat power. Generally we require at least 300 Warriors for the promotion of a Rank F organisation.''

''However if you can't match this then you can supplement it with High End Combat power.'' In fact the Femme Fatale felt a bit stupid saying this, especially looking at the fully armoured legion behind.

But it was the required speech that all inspectors had to give out. After all some organisations lack the low combat power but make up for it with the stronger warriors.

''As you can see, we have no need to make up the Low End combat power with the High End combat power. We have 1,000 warriors here. Please check as you wish.'' SS1 politely replied.

''Ahem, yes I can see that. We will check a few of them to confirm their legitimacy.'' After she finished speaking, the sickly boy walked forward with the box.

He randomly picked out a dozen IronBlood Legion members and checked their ranks. Unsurprisingly he checked many Low Rank 1 Warriors, a few Middle Rank 1 Warriors and two High Rank 1 Warriors.

From this the sickly boy understood, this was a verified legion. He managed to interpret their standing based solely on the horns on their head!
