He doesn't expect Hampton to remain as ordinary civil servants. Only idiots would place a potential Rank 2 Warrior as an ordinary member of the Government.

And as expected, the next year Samuel bid farewell to his son. As expected, even with his talent, Hampton was forced to become a young trainee, however he was allowed to visit home once a month.

Samuel felt bad about sending him away so young, but for the benefits of the family it had to be done. Not to mention the treatment he will receive as a government member will definitely be high.

So even if he leaves the organisation he will still develop in the future. And honestly a government official's position is still higher than that of a Warrior Organisation member of the same strength.

Originally the Government would mobilise their own warriors to fill it, but the deputy in charge saw that Hampton was a good talent and decided to sell it to Samuel.

For the relatively cheap price of 1,000 Spiritual Crystals, Samuel received a ready made Small Spiritual Farm!

Although it cost another 1,000 Spiritual Crystals to summon the warriors to fill it, this is definitely money making business. Not to mention the location was excellent, it was in a strange cave.

There was only a small entrance so no beasts could fit in, but there was an open roof on the top of the cave, making flying beasts the biggest issue.

But this halves the pressure, such a good location would be difficult to find naturally and hard to construct the fortress inside.

With a happy smile on his face, he rewarded Cary an extra 200 Dogs of War for her son's good actions.

He wanted to give it to Hampton, but Hampton wasn't at a position where he could hire his own guards. And for Hampton, the stronger his mother is the stronger backing he has.

Even in the government, outside members joining is common. And one of the important factors is their family background.

It often correlates to their potential and influence, especially among others in the same Rank.

Currently Hampton was standing in a large hall, all around him were young children, the oldest only 12 and the youngest only 6.

How long you should stay in a realm, what way is the best to practise, how long you should practice Warrior skills.

But for the warriors without Two Inch Spiritual Roots didn't need to listen to any of this.

Slowly the Deputy finished what he had to say, and with a few encouraging words he left the room.

Immediately the children burst out in excitement. It is difficult for them to stay quiet for so long.

''I know! Why did he talk about Rank 2 things, all of us are still Low Rank 1! Even Claudy is only middle Rank 1.'' A small blonde haired boy spoke out.

When he spoke he looked at a quiet but concentrated child practising in the corner.

But even with his quiet manners, people constantly surrounded him and began flattering him. Because he was the son of the SeaLife Organisations leader!

With a Two Inch Spiritual Root, he was sent here directly to be a member of the local Government.

In fact, within FieldView Cities government there are two major factions. The City Lords Faction and the SeaLife Organisations faction.

The CityLord and the ViceCity Lord are actually cousins, with many of the higher ups being their blood relatives or allies.

While the SeaLife Organisation often sent a lot of family members to occupy the lower positions. But that's not all, the SeaLife Organisation has been the undisputed Organisation leader of FieldView city for many years.

Their family have long since married into the CityLords Faction.

Samuel of course wanted this, but the Officials in the Government looked down on a Majority of warriors.

Even his Dogs of War only managed to marry a few Mortal Officials after years of hard work.

Originally he was confused as to why, but Hamptons experience taught him a lot.

''Hampton lets go get something to eat!'' Hampton turned his head and looked towards the person speaking.

They were a slightly chubby boy, and next to him was a tall and lanky child. Such a duo was quite comedic.

''Yep I want to have chicken!'' Hampton nodded and followed them.

Both boys were descendants of Rank F Organisations, with One Inch Spiritual Roots. But Hampton wasn't condescending, he befriended a majority of the people in his class.

Everyone in the class were actually direct blood descendants of Warriors! Not to mention they are talented.

It is not surprising that they were unwilling to marry rogue warriors and unimportant members of weak warrior organisations.

As Hampton left, his presence drew a lot of attention from the surrounding children.

Although his background isn't unheard of, he is in the upper reaches of the class. Not to mention many people have interacted with his mother Cary.

Cary has long since been determined to improve her position. So she often interacted with wives and concubines of Warriors, and many of them were the mothers here.

Soon Hampton arrived at the chicken shop, and while he was eating a relatively ordinary girl walked up to him and sat down casually.

Her small hands reached out and grabbed some chicken off of his plate and plopped it in her mouth.
