Well! Things could be much worse. Leon at least still had his powers, even if you can't fully use them. His magical beasts were still inside him and showed that they still needed to be awakened.

The good thing was that now he was sure that he was going back to being a vampire and that he wasn't going to run the real risk of dying from the expenditure of magical energy that magical beasts consume just by being dormant inside him.

Not that it was a complete victory, as by the calculations he made. Leon believes he is now at most 1 tenth of a vampire. Which makes the rest of him human. Even though this on the one hand brings him some sad news as his life would not be as normal as he had hoped. His world wasn't as peaceful and gentle as he remembered it.

The supernatural exists in Leon's world. Only that unlike the world he was in before was wide open for all to see, Leon's world was in the dark, and he didn't know what kind of demons existed in that world.

All he knows is that vampires exist in his world. What made him fearful, he knew instantly when he saw the magical beast inside the snake demon. Upon reading the little serpent's memories, he discovered the truth that her master was killed and she was placed in the snake man by some perverted addict. Everyone knows that only vampires can withstand the magical beasts in their bodies because their life force is negative, so it doesn't end, as it is between the real and the unreal.

Something infinite that is and, at the same time, occupies no place because it does not exist. Just like emptiness. Something that exists and, at the same time, does not exist and does not occupy space. That's the truth about the vampire life force, that's why magical beasts can live in vampire bodies.

Placing a magical beast in the body of a being that is not a vampire is pure sadism. The magical beast will slowly devour the individual's life force so quickly and painfully causing the individual to desperately seek more energy to sustain the magical beast unconsciously. Leon curled his lip in disgust remembering what a being that isn't a vampire can do to having a magical beast trapped inside him, the destruction and suffering that being will cause himself and others.

Leon knew one thing. He needed information and the person who was closest to the information… Leon sat up and looked to the side seeing Sakuya sleeping comfortably next to him on the living room rug. He snorted remembering that his blood servant had gone into a depression and decided to ignore the world around him just crushing anyone who approached her.

He looked more closely at her face seeing her beautiful features that showcase her Eurasian beauty. Furthermore, he brushed some of her hair out of her face and kissed her forehead.

"Thank you for always being with me" Leon commented continuing to caress Sakuya's beautiful face. He didn't look at her naked body but at her neck. It was as if Sakuya's blood was calling to him. Leon sighed and stood up walking away from Sakuya.

He had a right time to have lust and this wasn't one of those times. This was a cute moment. Leon sighed some more and went to the bedroom and grabbed a blanket. He covered Sakuya's body making her cozy and sat on the couch.

Having Sakuya's blood could be a good one for awakening Gorgon. She sure had enough magical energy to rouse the grumpy snake. But Leon chose not to.

Sakuya's Blood must be the blood that awakens the most powerful Familiar within him. Tiamat, The Beast II. the Familiar that makes Leon the same level as the 4th parent. A Familiar alone is worth 6 Familiars of its younger brother Akatsuki Kojou.

Then Leon's most important familiar must be awakened by the blood of the most important person in Leon's life. Forgetting that fact, Leon watched the TV and sat down on the couch thoughtfully. He had to find out if the world was a past version of the world he was or if it was a different world.

He knew that vampires existed... so progenitors might exist making things very irritating as the supernatural is hidden if this world is a world of the past it can be brought to the discovery of the supernatural faster since a quarter progenitor would give a feeling of confidence to the demons to stop living in hiding.

Which could lead to the destruction of the possible future world and prevent the birth of Kojou and Nagisa. Leon could never bear to be blamed for the death of his brother and sister.

"In the same way that in that world it wouldn't support a 5th parent... if this world is the past... it can't support a 4th parent" Leon lamented softly, leaning his head on the couch" when... I'll be welcome?"

"I don't care anymore... the world didn't support me like the fifth Progenitor and even then it gave me, riches, women, territories, and children" Leon scoffed sliding the TV "I'll find out if this world in the past and I will force a future where I am welcome and my second family still exists"

Leon's eyes gleamed as he found a goal for himself. He finally got the courage to face the world.

It had been 4 days since Kunou and Yasaka's consultation with the doctor. Yasaka was increasingly used to the little snake crawling around her daughter's neck, and she was calmer now that her daughter was protected. How protected Yasaka didn't know. She only knew that the little serpent was a god-like being, so it must be minimally strong.

She sighed as she looked at the being in front of her. Yasaka glanced to the side out of the corner of her eye as a shadow formed next to her.

"Did you find anything on Doctor Nekoma?" Yasaka asked

The Shadow took the form of a man with a horn on his head and a completely dark gaze. The man knelt before Yasaka and bowed his head.

"Ma'am... I'm sorry... I couldn't find anything wrong with Doctor Nekoma... but... he is indeed suspicious and seems to have noticed me" The man put his head to the ground in lamentation

"Ibara, are you sure he noticed you?" Yasaka was surprised

Nara Ibara was the best Yokai spy she had with the ability to completely blend in with the shadows becoming part of the shadows themselves. There were only 4 beings registered with this ability in the world and Ibara was very powerful... And one of them was Ibara. Doctor Nekoma is supposed to be a human doctor who treats injured Yokai with his Sacrad Gear.

"Yes... he pretended not to have noticed me... but, I'm sure he saw me" Ibara spoke very seriously showing Yasaka that he was serious "should I eliminate him?"

"No... Doctor Nekoma is very dear to the Yokai... killing him will only bring harm and distrust on us" Yasaka sighed angrily remembering that her political position didn't allow her to solve relatively simple problems and then she turned to Ibara "Nara-san., I want you to do something else, you know about the new rebel clan don't you?"

"Yes, I heard the rumor... a demonic Gitsune called horogomo attracts many Yokai from Kyoto that is out of this place" Ibara replied looking around and seeing a barrier that seemed to be a sky.

that one was a pocket dimension that hid most of Kyoto's Yokai, keeping them safe from Onmyoji. However, it was clear that not all Yokai were in the barrier. There were Yokai outside of it and they were unprotected. Yokai who didn't even know who Yasaka was or about the outside world is so much bigger than the wild Yokai of Japan

"I want you to infiltrate this organization and become an ally of this Gitsune called Horogomo" Yasaka spoke seriously

"Yes ma'am!" Ibara responded respectfully by saluting and disappeared into the shadows leaving Yasaka alone.

"Thank you, Nurarihyon for leaving our relatives in the dark about the world..." Yasaka rolled her eyes angrily "it was a fact that only a few Yokay outside the Kyoto faction and the Yokai by coexistence know that the world is bigger than the Yokai and fear... but since he wants to leave it as it is... my faction will be protected knowing the danger"

Yasaka reflected on herself and sat in a rocking chair watching her daughter sleep in her little bed. it was obvious that the little child was clinging to the little snake protecting her. The snake was looking at Yasaka and lowered its head ignoring her leaving it in Kunou's face.

"a father to my daughter… huh?" Yasaka commented looking at the ceiling

Yasaka sighed realizing that maybe... she and this snake can live together in peace... it was at that moment that the snake hissed and turned red scaring Yasaka thinking that her thinking was wrong to be friends with the snake and it was at that moment that she realized a ray of light came at her destroying the window.

By instinct, Yasaka jumped to the side dodging the beam of light. but at the same time, she got out of her daughter's way causing the little girl to be shot

"No kunou!!!...." Yasaka raised her hand to Kunou in despair seeing the light coming towards her and at that moment the little serpent shone before the light hit Kunou

Leon widened his eyes feeling a tug in his stomach and let out a cruel smile.

"It seems that someone aroused the fury of that child... destroy everything that irritates you, Tsuki no basilisk" Leon spoke with a cruel tone and his eyes glowing in bloodthirsty red

----

An explosion destroyed Yasaka's house, and she was thrown away, balancing in the air and landing with difficulty. She wondered what had happened and fear entered her with tears falling from her eyes at the thought that her daughter had died. It all ended when she looked at the house. She saw and felt something that scared her

The energy coming out of the house was as great as hers using all her strength. Energy likened to a Faction leader and in her vision was a huge snake coiling in front of the house

her eyes were relieved when she saw her sleeping daughter being protected by the serpent's tail making Yasaka's fear and apprehension turn to pure surprise
