Cute Bunny

Syrena took a drink and was silent for a moment. The brunette princess stared at the golden-eyed prince. She smiled as calmly as she could, trying to win the prince's heart.

"My Prince Agenor, can we take lunch first, then talk? Maybe after lunch, we can talk while we walk in the park," said Syrena politely. The brunette princess offered a solution while also buying time to think.

As for Agenor, he continued to observe Syrena. He guessed what tactics the princess would use to cover up her lies. The white-haired prince squeezed Syrena's wrist on the table. His eyes stared suspiciously.

"Okey, hurry up and finish your lunch! I'm hungry too. I hope you don't mind serving me at lunch?"

Even though the prince spoke coldly, the prince's grip on Syrena's wrist surprised the brunette princess, spreading a warm sensation around the wrist. Miraculously, Syrena's heart fluttered without reason.

"No, My Prince... I don't mind serving you," said Syrena nervously.

Pretending to be nice wasn't Syrena's character. She did that to win the prince's heart. No more than it.

Syrena didn't have much of an appetite for lunch, so she didn't take much food. Syrena quickly finished her lunch.

After Syrena finished eating, a maid brought a cage covered with a red cloth. Syrena's heart beat fast because she had not expected to see soon the rats crammed in the cage.

But there was something strange about the cage. Syrena didn't hear any sound from the cage.

[Is the cage empty?]

In her heart, Syrena hoped. But was that possible?

The maid opened the red cloth on top of the iron cage. Unexpectedly a cute rabbit was in the cage. The rabbit's fur was white, while its eyes were clear brown.

"How funny this rabbit!" cried Syrena spontaneously.

Syrena opened the cage and carried the white rabbit like a doll without asking the black-winged man's permission. The brunette princess gently caressed the soft fur on her head and back as the bunny sat quietly on Syrena's lap.

The black-winged prince secretly stared at the brunette princess. Perhaps this was the first time Agenor had seen Syrena smile sincerely while at Rosehallow.

[Beautiful. I think Syrena is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.]

The prince felt a strange feeling suddenly. The winged-man felt like he didn't want to let Syrena go, but he couldn't forgive anyone who had bewitched him.

The black-winged prince remembers his first night with Syrena. Whether it's real or not, the prince was almost crazy when he remembered the excitement he felt with the brunette princess of Ruxenia. The way the brunette princess moved and sighed seemed to reappear in the prince's memory, causing Agenor wants that again.

However, suddenly Agenor's negative thoughts spoke.

[Relax and don't be fooled by her beauty! Remember, she caused this mess morning. You made love with her this morning. At least that's what you can remember. But how come you killed five guards and two maids in the morning simultaneously? Where's your common sense?]

Agenor's hands clenched into fists while he saw Syrena playing with the rabbits.

He recalls waking up in his room this morning. He had made an appointment with Syrena for morning sex before going out to train soldiers. But, because the prince had waited long enough, he decided to go to the field to train soldiers immediately.

However, before Agenor left, Syrena came running. She pleads for help for her maid, and Agenor kisses Syrena lustfully. After that, Agenor took Syrena to bed and satisfied his desire.

[This is not right! How many things are you hiding from me, Syrena?]

Syrena's laughter startled the black-winged prince. The man stared at Syrena with hatred.

[Why are you happy when I'm not?]

The prince stared at the white rabbit on Syrena's lap. That cute rabbit was his lunch. At first, Agenor wanted to give the rabbit to Syrena because the princess seemed to like the rabbit. However, Agenor suddenly changed his mind.

"Em, give me my food!" said Agenor, surprising Syrena, who was holding the rabbit.

At that moment, Syrena remembered her husband's lunch. Whereas the princess had just calmer a moment after playing with the rabbit, the fanged man was about to devour the rabbit in her hands.

Syrena was getting confused. Did she have to seduce Agenor again? Seducing for Syrena was the same as lying. Syrena remembered a Ruxenia's proverb. It said, "Never lie because lying is opium."

It seems the saying is true. One lie Syrena made up pushed her to lie again and again. Moreover, the person Syrena lied to was her husband.

"Give me my food!" repeated Prince Agenor with a look ready to pounce.

Syrena stared at the white rabbit in her hand. The animal was cute. Maybe the rabbit could cheer up Evania.

"Prince Agenor, can this bunny be for me? It's very docile and cute. Maybe this bunny can cheer up Evania." The silver-eyed princess dared to speak her mind.

[See, she even cares a lot about her maid. How about you, prince? Are you inferior in her eyes to palace maids?]

"Yes, of course, you can, as long as you allow me to suck your blood again!" The prince smirked.

Syrena was silent for a moment. She was silently thinking about what might happen if she chose to be bitten by Prince Agenor. Surely Syrena would faint. That will make Agasy even busier. No! It was not allowed be happen! Agasy should have focused on taking care of Evania so that the maid would recover quickly.

Syrena picked up the white rabbit and placed it on the table, right in front of Prince Agenor. This time Syrena didn't hesitate anymore. The princess would think of something else to cheer up Evania.

"Why?" asked the black-winged prince while gripping the princess's wrist.

"What?" asked Syrena, not understanding.

"Why didn't you seduce me?" Agenor said coldly. The prince stared at Syrena like eagles stared at its prey.

"I know you want the bunny. Or maybe I can give you more rabbits. As long as you want..."

"No, prince. I changed my mind." Syrena pulled her hand away from Prince Agenor's grip. However, the man gripped it so tightly.

"Why do you give up so quickly? Didn't you previously give your body to me because of that maid?"

The white-haired man pulled Syrena's hand so that the princess sat on his lap. The close distance caused Syrena's feelings chaotic again.

The other reason was simple. There were many maids in the dining room. Syrena couldn't have summoned Nyxe suddenly and had the prince controlled by a red-eyed demon spirit.

The last time when the demon spirit appeared, the prince was no longer unconscious. It only seemed that his consciousness had decreased, and then his soul had changed one hundred per cent.

It's likely because Nyxe has adapted to Prince Agenor's body. If that happened, Everyone could quickly expose the lie.
