After leaving the courtroom, Agenor led Syrena down the palace's long, frescoed corridors along the roofs. While chatting occasionally Syrena looked up at the ceiling to enjoy the beautiful paintings on it.

After a long walk, they arrived at the door of the king's private room. The door was high with an arch at the top, as well as Kheeth ornaments attached to the door. Meanwhile, there were four guards each on the left and right of the door.

"Please tell His Majesty King Dell, I have come to see him," Agenor said to a doorman.

"Forgive me, Prince Agenor. The King is not receiving any guests." The guard answered as it was.

Agenor and Syrena looked at each other, feeling immediately uneasy.

"But I'm not a guest. I'm his son." Agenor was surprised because his father had never refused his presence before.
