"Nothing had happened to you. You pretended to be kidnapped. You didn't get hurt. That blood, that attack... It was all drama." She was yelling.

"Jane." He could not tolerate the false allegations. He shouted at her. His heavy voice shook the walls.

"Your voice cannot suppress the truth." She sobbed.

He frowned, "Jane, please. Come to your senses. Look at me. Do you think me so sly?"

Jane Dover kept staring at his angular face for a while. This man had helped her every time. She was grateful to him for many things. But what he did to her married life, she could not tolerate.

"I hate you." She was cold and her voice was low.

"You" He was stunned.

"I hate you." She looked away.

"Get out of here. I don't even want to see your face." She wiped her tears in anger.

"Jane. No, it's all misunderstanding. Let's talk. Okay?" He held her palm.
