Chapter 1 - New World

The small creature continued to weep on his feet while continue thanking some god for saving their prince.

Kairen [1] seemed to be losing patience and thereafter he bent down to touch the small creature.

"What's the matter, why are you crying?" he asked the small creature in a calm manner which made the creature stop sobbing and look at his eyes.

The creature was flushed and pink blush covered his small face.

"Y-Your highness, you don't remember? You carelessly jumped into the Sphere of Abyss just to save that ungrateful bastard that did not even once visit you after being saved! He's a total shameless creature! Your highness, you should forget about him now! Such a lowlife doesn't deserve your affection!" the small creature suddenly blurted out which made him shocked.

Such a small creature is able to throw that much anger?

He sighed because he's still confused.

"Slow down, don't be so agitated. Can you tell me where is this now? And what's your name." he casually asked but was shocked when the small creature suddenly cried again.

"Woo woo! Your highness doesn't remember me anymore! This is me, Luhan! I'm your servant who served you since your highness was still a baby!" the small creature who said was called Luhan, cried, but it's totally nonsense because he still couldn't remember.

He's kinda pissed because his question was still not answered.

Being irritated because of the weeping, he remembered that he's still standing there in front of Luhan without any piece of clothing.

His cheeks were flushed and showed a bashful expression.

After coaxing Luhan to stop crying, he asked the small one to get him some clothes. The small one immediately obeyed enthusiastically, showing joy for being able to be ordered around by him.

He actually find it kind of funny. Just who will be happy to be ordered around? Probably just that small one. He shook his head and picked up the mirror.

Prince Kairen, huh... Just how stupid are you to sacrifice your life just for someone who's ungrateful enough to not even try to see you once after being rescued?

He tsk'ed but he also show a sympathetic smile. This person seems to be a fool but at least he's beautiful, a prince, plus he looks like a kind person too. He felt a bit of empathy for the original body's owner but he can only sigh.

It's his body now, so it's better to familiarize himself first in the current world.

So after he put on some clothes, he inquired the small one about the world he's in and about the original body's background too. But of course, he didn't let the other know that he's a different person inside the body of his prince otherwise the consequences might be inimaginable. He used the reason that he can't remember anything after waking up, and that it must be because of the accident that happened before.

The small one bought it and showed him a sympathetic look while cursing a person named 'Zachary' for being an ungrateful prick. He only gave the latter an awkward smile and asked to tell him what he asked.

The small head of the creature bobbed up and down and told him everything.

He learned that the original body's name is Kairen Rutherford, the third prince of the Kingdom of Pancellton where existed different races of creatures with different powers and classifications.

He wasn't shocked anymore that he was transmigrated into a fantasy world because of the small one who was from the race of dwarves.

Dwarves are small creatures who are good in every works involving crafting and serving which made them the best when it comes to being servant. Most dwarves are servants. However, no one should look down on their race. Because aside from being good at crafting and serving, they also have the ability to chant some curses that could bring you bad luck if you pissed them.

The other races are elves, dragons, anthros, humans, and lastly... demons.

Most of the common race in this world is humans. Humans are classified into six categories. There are Fire Wielders, Water Wielders, Earth Wielders, Wind Wielders, Legendary Wielders, and ordinary humans.

Naturally, fire wielders have the ability to wield fire. Most of the fire wielders are good at wielding weapons using their fire ability. Fire wielders are one of the most powerful forces among human race. But even being powerful, fire wielders still have their weakness. They can resist wind wielders and earth wielders but they are vulnerable against water wielders. Logically, water resists fire therefore fire wielders are defeated by water wielders. Fire wielders can be usually found in places where it's naturally hot or places where fire can be found, just like near volcanoes and fire lakes.

Water wielders have the ability to wield water. Water wielders' occupations are usually something related to their ability. Like fishing, soul purifying and soul cleansing. They play a big role in their kingdom. Water wielders help fight the demon race and cure those who are infected by the dark magic caused by the demons. Water wielders are great healers. Because of that, killing or abusing water wielders is a crime that can be punishable through death. They are usually found living in place where there's water like seas, rivers, and lakes.

Earth Wielders have the ability similar to elves but not greater than them. Earth wielders just like elves, have the ability to use nature. However, unlike elves, earth wielders cannot help preserve the nature and their powers are inferior to elves. Although they are not as great as elves, you can't look down on earth wielders. If elves can give life, earth wielders can cause destruction. They can corrode lands and make a person wither just like dry leaves that falls from a tree. Because of this ability, they are limited to use their abilities because it can be lethal to others. It makes them the second most powerful among human race. They are also good fighters and most knights are earth wielders. They are usually found in places like mountains and valleys.

Wind wielders have the ability to wield wind. Although being inferior to other wielders in terms of abilities, wind wielders also have their good qualities. Using wind, they can use it to defend themselves and are the best when it comes to travelling through air. Most wind wielders are rich because they are good businessmen. So even if their abilities are inferior, they still have the respect of other people. They don't have permanent locations but most of them are found in the cities or countrysides.

The most rare wielders of human race are Legendary wielders. Legendary wielders thus the name itself, are mostly known that only exists in legends. Legendary wielders can wield all of the abilities of ability wielders of human race. They can wield fire, earth, water, and wind, making them the most powerful wielders. However, these legendary wielders are very rare. Most people doesn't even believe that they exist anymore.

The most common people in human race are the ordinary people. Those who do not possess any abilities are ordinary people and they make up most of the population of human race.

Next most common race in this world are anthros. Anthros are people who possesses animal characteristics which made them a little distinct from the human race. Anthros, even though can be seen as humans are different from human beings. Varying from the type of animal that they possess, their characteristics and abilities varies too. For example, a dog anthro looks like a human but their senses are more like of a dog. You can tell the differences between human race and anthros. Anthros usually have some body parts that they get from the animal that they possess. If they are dog anthros, you can see them have dog ears. If they are cat anthros, you can see them have cat ears.

The second powerful race in this world are dragons. Dragons are very powerful beings. Being physically strong and having also possess the fire ability, dragons mostly have the noblest bloodlines. They are the most ruthless when it comes to battlefield. That's why other races didn't dare offend the dragon race.

Elves are considered the most beautiful race and also one of the most important existence not just in this kingdom, but also in this world. Their abilities are connected to the nature. Elves preserves the nature and without them, imbalance in nature would be the result which will cause a lot of natural disasters that the other races could not withstand. Although they are one of the most essential race in this world, they also are the smallest population in this world. It's because their mother tree was weakened due to the attack of the demon race hundreds of years before. Elves are usually found in vast forests and in mountainous areas.

Lastly, the demon race. The demon race are the most evil entity in this world. They kill people, conquer lands, and infect other races of the dark magic that they possess. Being the most powerful race, all of the other powerful forces from other races loathes their race. Since the war that occurred before, all of the other races wanted to exterminate the demon race. But because demon race seems invincible, they never once succeeded any war against the evil race.

This made Kairen intrigued.

How powerful is the demon race that made the other races not succeed even once? But most of all, he's curious, what race is the original body's owner from.

He asked the small one, "Luhan, what race am I from?" he asked which made the small one almost cry again but he stopped him. "Don't cry, just answer it."

Luhan sighed and answered. "It's really sad that your highness can't even remember what race you are from. But surely, this little one will answer. Your highness is a mixed race." the small one said which made Kairen's eyebrow raise. "You are half human, half elf."

Kairen made an 'oh' sound.

That might explain why him, as a guy, is extremely gorgeous. He wasn't even ashamed calling himself 'extremely gorgeous' since the original owner is indeed gorgeous.

"If I am half human race, do I also have the ability to wield any prowess?" he asked excitedly. What powerful person could he be! Only a powerful ability can only match his beauty.

However, the small one's answer disappointed him.

"You do not possess any ability to wield, Your highness. Your elven blood is more dominant than your human blood." Luhan said which made Kairen sullen.

Why doesn't he have any ability to wield? He was about to sulk again when he remembered that he's also half an elf! Elves are also a powerful race!

Just like reading his thoughts, the small one ruthlessly said, "Even though your highness is also half an elf, your ability is so weak that you can't even raise a single plant. That's why you were thrown away by His Majesty here in the countryside."

Three black lines formed in his face.

So the original body's owner was just like a vase! Only his face was good!

Sensing his prince's sulking, the small one immediately appease him.

"But don't you worry, your highness! Although you do not possess any special abilities, you are a man full of wisdom! You are smarter than any of your siblings, the other princes! Even the crown prince!" the small one convincingly said but he doubted the latter's words.

Is he really smarter than the other princes? Even the crown prince?

But since the small one looked very sincere, he decided to believe in him. He was about to speak when the door suddenly burst open.

That took him by shock and even more surprised when a person suddenly threw himself into him. His bones almost broke!

"Prince Kairen, you're awake!"

He was almost squished to death by the huge person who's hugging him. He patted the other's arm, telling him that he can't breathe.

The other turned shy and let go of him. He saw the other's appearance.

He was tall and big, with a lot of scars in his body. His face was rather ferocious but a glint of innocence and bashfulness can be found in his fierce eyes. Kairen noticed that the man possesses a handsome face.

"Prince Kairen, finally you're awake! I was waiting for a long time! I was really worried!" the voice of the man shocked him. It's so low and deep that it reminded Kairen the well in their backyard back in his original world.

Kairen looked shocked because of the man's voice but the small one thought it was because he's scared of the man.

"Casper, don't be too close! His highness still haven't fully recovered! Besides, he can't remember anything. You must have frighten his highness!" the small one scold the big one.

The big one named Casper gave a sullen look. How odd! He looks like he can kill anyone just by his barehands but he actually looked like a puppy who was scolded just now!

The scene of the small one scolding the big one made Kairen amused.

"I heard that people who come inside the Sphere of Abyss might experience memory loss and it only prove it right because of what happened to our prince now. But how peculiar, if people who came inside the Sphere of Abyss forgets everything, why did Zachary did not suffer anything? I saw him with He-" he was cut off when the small one stomped on his foot.

Casper seemed to take the hint. He looked at Kairen and tightly closed his mouth. This action confused Kairen. Who is Zachary? The small one curses that name a lot from the beginning. Is it the guy that he saved?

It made him curious about the other's identity. Is he that good that the original owner was so smitten to the point of risking his own life just to save him?

"Who is Zachary?" he asked innocently that made the two widen their eyes.

Right! Their prince have forgotten everything before! He have forgotten about the prick! This made the two of them rejoice.

The two did not answer his question and celebrated instead which gave him three dark lines in his face.

Kairen: "..."
