Jennie glared at Cameron, who looked very happy. Somehow, her cousin came home from Benice Schift's engagement event and left her brother alone. But seeing the man's expression, she was sure that something interesting and embarrassing was going on for Sieg. Well, one of Cameron's pleasures is her brother's mischief. Or something related to the man.
She grabbed a sofa cushion and threw it at her cousin when the man suddenly laughed eerily. Cameron grimaced and looked at her in annoyance.
"Don't laugh so hard. Or I'll throw it in with this book," said Jennie.
Cameron snorted and smiled again. Jennie closed her book and watched her cousin closely. "What made you so happy today? Something related to my brother."
"Something interesting. But unfortunately, your brother forbade me to talk about it with other people. So, hold your curiosity, Jennie Lowells. Wait until your brother tells you about it directly," Cameron said.
