Chapter One Hundred Sixty Six

Jae is in Blaze's office. His expression was both tense and worried. In his hand was a card that had arrived about fifteen minutes ago. He doesn't know why all bad things always happen. Then he put the card on Blaze's empty desk.

"Jae..." said Sandy, who was standing in the doorway.

He turned to her. "Lawyer Reyes still in court?"

"On the way back to the office. He didn't say anything about Blaze's kidnapping to the prosecutor. It seems that someone is watching him," said Sandy.

He nodded. "Contact Lowells Group. I think Director Lowells is aware of this situation. Tell him to come here."

"Director Lowells? Why?" asked Sandy with a frown. "Does this have anything to do with Lowells Group? With the previous land dispute case?"

"No, Sandy. Just call them," said Jae.

The woman looked at him in confusion. But then he nodded and went back to his desk to contact Siegfried Lowells at Jae's request.
