Kevin knocked on Jacel's door, which was slightly ajar. Jacel's voice came from inside the room, so he opened the door wider. The girl turned and smiled when she saw him walking into her room. Last night, Kevin had just returned from Canada and was sleeping at home. Even though he actually wanted to go straight to the dorm. But because John and Sara picked him up at the airport, he couldn't protest.
He walked up to Jacel with an A4-sized canvas that had been lined with brown paper and tied with a rope. Jacel looked at him intently. With a little awkwardness, he handed the canvas to her.
"For you."
Jacel received the canvas. "This... you're painting again?"
Kevin had already given her the one big painting he had made, so it felt a little strange if he gave her another painting. But Kevin shook his head.
"It's not a painting. But something I made while I was in Canada."
