Chapter Two Hundred Thirty Eight

The next morning, when Siegfried called Theo to come down for breakfast, he found that his son's room was empty. He didn't see his backpack either. When he checked the shoe cabinet in the foyer to see if his shoes were there, he didn't find them. It seemed that the boy had left the house long before they woke up.

He took a deep breath. It was like he had never seen him this angry with the two of them. Maybe he should go to his school to see if he is going to school or not.

Blaze turned to Siegfried. She was making sure that the twins finished their breakfast. She looked at her husband, who was sitting in one of the chairs next to Tanner's high chair.

"Where is Theo?"

He looked at her. "He seemed to be out early in the morning. I'll check the front door camera footage and ask the security guard if he saw him this morning."
