A month later…
On The day of two grand weddings…
Two handsome men were standing at the altar under brightly glowing moonlight in the deep midnight. Their faces bathed in the white glow of the moon rays as they waited for their brides to walk through the aisle and accept their hands.
Maximus wanted to see how his bride would look in the wedding dress. He may not trust her completely but he could say she was trying to make him trust while she was putting all her trust in him.
He wants to know what made her trust a stranger than her family. Maybe he needs to know a little about her.
That was when the sound of trumpets could be heard. As the two brides entered the wedding hall the whole venue went silent.
To Maximus… for the first time, he didn't notice his sister but his fiancee.
Lenora wore a dirty white floor-length dress embedded with crystals with a sweetheart neck made of organza fabric that showed a decent amount of cleavage. Her cleavage was covered with a transparent layer dress embellished with shiny crystals that went all the way from her neck to her full hands.
As she walked her dress court train swept the floor gracefully. Her long hair was tied into a graceful low bun that showed off her back which exposed enough skin to the eyes of onlookers. While the criss-cross lace-up on her back not only made her dress made her beautiful from the backside but also enhanced her beauty. They say that the beauty of a beholder depends on the dress but here the beauty of the dress depended on the beholder.
Her hair was adorned with a diamond princess crown while her neck was adorned with a diamond necklace. Her face was covered with a veil. Only revealing her perfect body shape leaves others to imagine what's there inside it.
Maximus was tongue-tied at her bride's appearance.
Unlike Lenora, Adira wore a pure white pearl beaded long sleeve dress, with a triangle neck. The pearls were embedded in a way that as if they were scattered randomly. But it added more beauty and charisma to her. Unlike Lenora, she didn't wear a low bun but a mid bun which was grazed with pearl head ornaments.
If Lenora looked like an angel in her dress then Adira looked like an innocent angel. Both looked like celestial beings who came to grace the world with their celestial presence.
They reached the stage and stood beside their respective partners.
The Grand Witch started chanting spells that would strengthen the bonds between the two couples.
In one way or another both races pray for the moon… vampires didn't object to the Grand Witch praying for the moon.
She took out two bowls made of moon white-colored jade without any carvings.
She stretched her palm and chanted something. Four veins appeared which were in the form of a bracelet with protruding thorns.
Grand Witch Elphaba made them wear the bracelet. Blood started flowing from their wrists. Even the Vampires weren't healed had quick healing abilities. The veins that adorned their wrists held a spell that enabled the vampires to heal and made in a way that the blood was clotted making them bleed without stopping.
Both Maximus and Lenora filled the bowls with their blood. Zaros and Adira filled another bowl with their blood.
After filling it, she cast a spell that made the wooden veins disappear from their wrists that made them stop bleeding. Werewolves had a slower healing ability than the Vampires. So their wrists were still bleeding.
According to Elphaba's instructions… both couples drank the blood by half and half.
After drinking the blood she made them tell their vows in the presence of the moon goddess swearing on her with their lives.
"I announce William Maximus Elisaveta and Lenora Serafina Valorine as husband and spouse in the divine presence of moon goddess and nature," Elphaba said holding the hands of Maximus and Lenora.
Walking towards the Zaros and Adira she repeated the same.
"Because of the divine bond formed in the presence of Moon goddess Lenora and Zaros cannot be killed because of the Werewolf bite. In the same way, Vampire Poison cannot kill Maximus or Adira," Elphaba announced as the last piece.
Zaros wasn't concerned about this. After all, he was sure that without a mate Adira would die sooner or later.
"And… since the wedding is held in the presence of the moon goddess… Zaros Orpheus Valorine would turn into the chosen mate of the Adira Elisaveta. And the same goes to the Lenora Serafina Velorine," Elphaba added wiping the smirk that formed on Zaros's face.
Zaros's face hardened at her words. It's as if she could hear his thoughts. But witches don't possess the ability to hear others' thoughts. This shall be something different.
After all the ceremonies were done under the guidance of the Grand Witch… the moon reached the mid-sky.
Post Wedding ball was held for both races to congratulate both the couples.
The ball was held in a high profile. Blood, meat, alcohol, and food were served sumptuously to both the races. Laughter, giggles, and chatter rang through the hall.
It's as if both the races forgot the enmity between the two races, they both mingled. Everyone mingled with each other as they were all friends from their childhood and no one has a single negative feeling about each other. They all danced along with nature.

"My King," Dylan's voice rang out in Maximus's study room. Maximus excused himself from the ball along with his bride saying that they would like to rest for tomorrow's events.
Even Zaros and Lenora followed them to their respective rooms.
"Dylan, what did you find?" Maximus asked.
"My King, the Queen is accused of murder which she didn't commit and isn't even given a chance to prove herself as an innocent," Dylan said.
"Murder?" Maximus repeated thoughtfully.
"Yes, My King. Victoria Valorine, the eldest daughter of the Vampire Kingdome," Dylan repeated.
