Exodia 12: I want him to be my dog

3 minutes ago, when Shoya and Anastasia were still in karaoke, Kuro and the Asura twins, Sebastian and Calira, were sitting in another karaoke room.

Sebastian was singing elegantly, however, the other two didn't pay attention. All that they wanted was to escape the hell that was the karaoke room.

Calira was the older sister of Sebastian, by two hours, and all of her life, she has been dealing with him and his narcissism. Though, now, Calira had another worry.

The girl sitting next to her, Kuroha.

Out of everyone in the room, Calira was the most social and had the most common sense.

She could feel it.

The awkwardness and silence in the air. Something that she didn't feel comfortable with.

The blonde-haired girl wanted to start a conversation, but, she didn't know what to say. Calira didn't want Sebastian going on and on about his beauty and she didn't know anything about Kuro.

She'd only have to trust her eyes.

That was when she saw Kuro's scarlet eyes peer at the door, almost as if she was waiting for something or someone.

"What are you looking at?"

Calira asked, trying to initiate a conversation.

Kuro gave her a sharp look and asked a question instead of answering.

"Tell me, does your boss like Shoya?"

Instantly, Calira started thinking:

(Does she like that Sasaki boy or something? Omg, does that mean she could be jealous?!)

She was already within her fantasies.

Kuro had yet to fully understand human minds and actions. She didn't understand that her words may cause misunderstandings.

(Should I tease her? Yeah, that'll be the moment of a lifetime!)

Calira had two sides to her. Dependable older sister and popular high school girl. She occasionally switches between the two and the change is significant.

She is currently in high school girl mode.

"That is foolish. Lady Anastasia would never fall in love with a worm like him."

Sebastian said, swiping his hair back with his hand.

"Shut up, worm."

The two girls said, simultaneously.

"You don't have to worry, Kuroha, she doesn't like Shoya, you still have a chance."

Calira spoke in older sister mode.

"Chance?"

Kuro tilted her head.

"Wait, don't you like Shoya?"

"Like?"

"Do you want him to be yours?"

"What are you talking about?"

Kuro stared intensely at Calira.

"Shoya is already mine."

The girl stayed silent upon hearing those words. Even in her high school girl mode, she didn't know how to reply.

"Okay..."

Calira tried her hardest to find another subject to talk about. The only thing that came to mind was her brother, but she didn't want to talk about him.

Abruptly, something sprang to mind.

"Say, Kuroha, how are your parents like?"

Kuro shivered.

"That's a sudden question."

She said, eyes downcast.

"If I were to say anything... it'd be that... if I see my parents ever again, I will carve their bodies up and put them through the ultimate pain. Pain that no human would want to experience. Then, they'd simply want to wish for death, but I wouldn't kill them, instead, I'd leave them underground to slowly rot, alive."

A smile appeared on Kuro's face.

"Of course, that's if I see them again."

"That... was quite the description."

Calira muttered.

"Oh, such a lovely way to reunite with parents! They must miss you alrea-"

"Shut up."

The two girls shut Sebastian up simultaneously once more.

The door opened and a boy came through. Kuro turned and her face lightened up as she saw who it was.

"Kuro. Come on, we're going."

Shoya said.

Kuro grabbed her bag and walked over to Shoya.

They both walked out and exited the karaoke building.

Calira and Sebastian waited for their mistress to return. And she did, two minutes later. They were expecting her to be in a foul mood since Shoya had a tense look on his face, but it was quite the opposite. The smile on her face was larger than they had ever seen.

In all of the eight years that they have known Anastasia, the only other things that made her smile like this were her mother and her progress in training.

Sebastian was the first to ask.

"Is there something interesting you, Lady Anastasia?"

Without warning, she started laughing. She used her hand to put her hair behind her.

"It's him. The boy. I don't know if he's just ignorant or he just isn't afraid of me. If it's the latter, then I want him."

They both panicked.

"B-but, Lady Anastasia!"

"You have a fiancée!"

She looked at them both, apathetically.

"You two should know me better. I'd never be interested in him as in I think of him as a love interest. Never."

Anastasia licked her lips.

"I want him. I want him to be my dog. Even if it's only temporary, having someone like him around me will shake up my brother."

Calira didn't seem too fond of her idea.

"But, Mistress, if you were to use him to provoke Lord Edward, I can't say it'll end well for either you or Sasaki."

"You're right, Calira. But remember, Calira, this is school. We're not back home in England anymore."

Sebastian started speaking.

"Yes, that is true, but you came here without your father's permission. You forged his signature to get into this school. I'm sure Lord Reishville wouldn't be happy if he found out that you enrolled in the Japan Branch instead of the British Branch."

They both stared at Anastasia, sternly. She couldn't find any argument to retort their statements.

What they were saying was that if she were to anger her brother, then she'd eventually be forced out of the school by her father. Edward and Anastasia aren't on good terms. For Edward, she's nothing more than a nuisance, however, for Anastasia, Edward is a stepping stone for her to become stronger.

An unstable relationship where they feed off each other. Anastasia thought that type of relationship was the way it was supposed to be. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to grow as an individual and a family member of Reishville.

"Now... I wonder what I should do to make Shoya Sasaki my dog..."

She muttered to herself.
