" Today marks the weirdest day in America's recent history, from the tragic deaths to the sudden weird weather, today will be a day recorded and discussed for a while."

Alex sat on the bed in the motel room listening to the television, with a distant expression on his face.

" You are right Alice, but the citizens of our great country are currently deeply afraid and will most likely stay that way until a suspect is announced and caught."

" I agree James, I send out my deepest sympathy to the families of those who have died in today's tragic events....."

The television was suddenly cut off as Alex turned it off and raised from his bed, and walked to the window looking to the sky.

" I'm ready system, replay the announcements that happen while I was unconscious." says Alex.

[ Very well host.]

[ Blood has been randomized, and the blood of the demonic flame heavenly demon has appeared.]

[ The fusion process has begone, and the host will be put into a comatose state to survive the process.]

[ Host body has been optimized, the blood of a high-tier heavenly demon has been successfully fused, and accompanying abilities are being produced.]

[ Ding!!!! Five abilities have been produced, process is complete the host will awaken shortly.]

As Alsx listened he understood exactly what happened while he was unconscious, he looked to his side to a mirror and saw his reflection, and finally spoke again.

" System I thought my appearance wouldn't change." Alex says looking at the man in the mirror.

The man in the mirror had long black silky hair reaching down to his lower back, with striking facial features, his upper body was toned seemingly as if he worked out but he wasn't bulky, but the two strangest things were the tattoo of a ball of fire on his forehead, and his red eyes that seemed to carry the heat of fires of hell.

His face showed no expression, his eyes cold yet one could tell he was still shocked by the appearance of the man in the mirror.

Alex was good-looking before, but now it was on a completely different level, but then the voice of the system came.

[ The system said the host would keep his human appearance that's all, I never said no changes would be made to it.]

" Alright, show me my status."

Alex looked at his status and was surprised and confused by some of the information contained in it.

" System what is Body transformation and could you explain the abilities I gained from the blood?" Alex asked.

[ Body transformation is the first realm in cultivation, as you take the first step on your long path after this realm is the spiritual transformation realm, and so on, each realm has ten levels and the system will answer any questions you have about higher realms when you are stronger.]

[ Immortal flame body- One of the twenty divine cultivation bodies, it increases your talent and abilities to control fire and make you immune to it, when using fire cultivation techniques the effect is fifty times better than when others use it.]

[Flame control- the host can control all flames, but currently, the level of this skill is to low, so the host can only control a limited amount of flames and a limited strength of flames.]

[Flame and heat invulnerability- you are immune to heat and flames, exposure stronger and hotter flames will increase the level and effectiveness of this ability.]

[Divine flame- the flame produced by the Immortal flame body, it is strong and has the ability to grow with the user, while also growing stronger by absorbing other flames of spirituality.]

[ Spirit fire fusion & devouring- you have the unique ability to fuse the fires of nature or devour them to increase you own cultivation.]

" Alright then system thank you, now the last thing use the Legion summoning token."

[ Ding!! Summoning in process.]

As the voice of the system reached Alexander a portal had opened up before him and twelve figures walked out of it all dressed in black and wearing cloaks.

With their appearance the room seemed to become cold as the smell of old blood filled Alex nose.

Alex looked at the Legion as they exited the portal, and even with their unconscious intimidation he wasn't afraid as they stood before him and kneeled and raised their heads to face him revealing their shining red eyes.

" We present ourselves to the master." they spoke in unison, their voices filled with worship.
