[Original Game Stat Translation]
The chart above lays out how cards with an Attack Power of 1000 start at the bottom of whatever Rank Jaden is at, or almost at, and cards with an Attack Power of 2000 stand at the top of Jaden's current Rank. Cards with an Attack Power below 1000 are below Jaden's Rank and, likewise, cards with Attack Power greater than 2000 are above his Rank. This will hold true for every Rank.
Each gap between the various levels of power within a Rank are referred to as Steps of Power. A Step of Power will always be equivalent to 100 Attack or Life Points from the original game's stats. In the writing of this story whenever a card and its stats are added into the chapter they will always be translated into the power they hold according to Jaden's Rank. So I'm leaving this here as a reference, just in case there's any confusion.
