The user has divinity and divine powers granting them an immense amount of raw power beyond the mundane, making users a divine being by nature, a status which can be obtained a number of different ways.
Users can gain divinity by having a divine ancestry, transform into a deity either by another god or by faith, channels, acts as a vessel for, the power/soul of a deity, mimic/steal powers from a deity, or be enhanced/evolved to the point of godhood.
The level and forms of divinity is variable and unique by the user's nature and character of being, thus weaker or stronger users of divinities is ultimately reliant on the user alone.

If the user were to die or manage to be killed, all dreams in the cosmos would stop and the user would die/vanish. Mass insomnia would run through the universe without end. User is a being of great untold and unimaginable power, able to mentally redefine the fabric of reality both rationally (computer-like programming) and irrationally (turning fantasies into reality) to a seemingly infinite extent.
The rational side allows users to freely customize any aspect of reality, adjusting them on the fly with extreme precision and control. User can thus create, erase and rewrite anything exactly as they see fit.
The irrational side allows the user to warp reality through desires and ideas, bringing anything into existence and the reverse, or remodelling it regardless of the rules of reason. User can then remake reality to their exact imaginations and whims.
One side is usually dominant, the balance possibly shifting with time/circumstances. User may also combine them in equilibrium, reaching the ultimate power.

The user can make effects happen without a cause or agent, bypassing causality/causation/cause and effect. Other than perhaps the use of their power, the cause is nonexistent when this is done. For the most part, the effect of something needs a cause to happen, but that is not the case with this power.
With this power, one could cause letters to appear on the screen of a computer without actually typing or cause something to split into two without anything cutting it. They could even make things move without anything actually moving them. Other examples are inducing the effects of radiation upon someone without actual radiation being around, inducing the effects of drowning from being in the water even if the water (the cause) is not present/the user is not in it and a machine activating without the pressing of the power button.
