Capabilities
The user can "save" a future moment in time and save that moment and skip to it (or go forward to) that point. The user could skip time to that save point whenever they want. This is mostly used when the user or an ally is doing well at something at the current moment, but it can be used when the user is not doing well at the moment, with the risk of skipping time only to be defeated at that time.

The user is able to induce free will onto other beings or objects, potentially making them self-aware if they were not previously.
There are two general categories for how this power can function. The first is to create free-willed beings ex-nihilo from non-living (or at least non-thinking) things. For example, a god breathing life into clay would grant that clay will and make it into a being. The second is that a being that was previously destined for something can be freed from their destiny and thus given free will.

The user of this ability has meticulously constructed every life, death, event, creation, destruction, action, and reaction from the beginning of continuity/totality until the end of everything known, unknown, imagined, or forgotten. The user has mechanistically determined everything on a supreme level. There is absolutely nothing that has happened or will happen that has not been planned by the user of this power. In other words, the being that uses this power does not surmise, predict, or "know" every event instinctively, but the user of this ability knows them because he/she is the one that has exhaustively determined them.
The nature of this ability is not just to create and shape existence on a supreme level; it is to put it all together in a way that makes sense. The user of this ability knows how each individual life began, how it was lived, and how it will inevitably end—from the smallest single cell organism to the most complex cosmic being, the user has planned and determined them all. They know everything from the number of apples within a tree to the number of photons that escape every star.
Again, they know these things not because of the fact that they are inherently granted omniscience by some series of events, but rather because they planned and set all of these events into motion-- making this power somewhat of a "proto-omniscience" through omni-creation. Meaning, that this power is a rational version of omniscience, as well as the fully functional version of causality manipulation. Users are the source of absolute/perfect/primordial hope in every living being everywhere, directly to cosmic/universal scales. Users being the binding existence together by the force/energy of hope. Giving the users instant and total dominion over all the powers of hope, anticipation, aspiration, belief, confidence, desire, faith, prospect and the wish. As long as they exist all that is hope and everything connected to it does as well.
If the possibility exists that user ever were to die or be killed, then everything about hope would cease to exist alongside the user, making everyone incapable of feeling hope, everywhere.
