So I went straight to my room, away from any outside interference, to concentrate.
But, how can I create a plan that is detailed enough, but understandable by more than 20 people when I only have 10 minutes of preparation time.
If I take each person into account, my plan will be too long and incomprehensible.
So I have two choices:
The first one: Create a common plan for all and each person adapts according to his preferences and desires.
The second: Everyone does as they wish.
I don't really need to think about it for 10 minutes to understand which one seems to be the best.
In the first one, of course nothing will be perfect, but at least each person has the same basis on which to adapt afterwards.
And in the second one, it's the opposite, nobody will know what to do, which will result in some people having a fairly good training while others will have spent 6 months, doing nothing and wasting their time.
