Body Strengthen Technique

Zen walked alongside the stalls looking for something that he could buy. Before coming out he had taken out a few copper coins from his savings.

On the stalls he saw a few roasted meat stalls, he went to one of them and bought a steak. The stall was not that busy due to being cramped with other similar stalls, it wasn't long until he received his order and started consuming his food.

While eating, he looked around the area, and noticed the likely hood of the inner area, a polar opposite of the outer.

The people who lived in the inner area had no worries for the next day and could spend the night, enjoying the world and life, where as most of the outer area people had to spend their night resting in order to be able to work the next day.

While eating he noticed a huge crowd surrounding a spot further away from the stalls. Seeing the crowd, he was interested to see what it was, making him to speed up his eating process.

Not long after he was finished, doing the basic cleaning of the table, Zen got up to check it what was happening over at the crowd.

A few minutes later he arrived at the location, what he saw was a stage, surrounded by people, and on the stage there were two people standing on the stage, one with a sword and the other had nothing.

They both seemed to be tired, as they were gasping for air. Seeing this scene he understood what was happening, and decided to continue watching.

The person that was just fight with his body seemed to have activated something as suddenly his body released smoke from each corner of his body, his muscles bulged up, vibrating with life and vigour.

Zen was intrigued to see what was happening but his view was suddenly covered by a pop.

Zen instinctively replied with yes.

The moment he said it, the system sent out another prompt.

Seeing that the technique appeared in his status, and seeing the plus sign next to it, Zen focused on it to see why it had appeared, but as soon as he did another window appeared.

Seeing the button Zen pressed, then instantly another notif appear.

Then the pop up went away and the previous screen popped up back again. Zen pressed on the level up again, then the same pop up popped again.

Same thing happened, Zen repeated the same process again and levelled the skill up to its max.

The level up option went away and then the effects info about the skill changed.

Effect: increase all physical attributes by 10 when activated, including the bodies minor functions such as digestion, absorption of nutrients, Qi and gathering of Qi.

Seeing the info Zen was shocked, he had never heard of such a thing, his power was almost half the power of a an actual Body refinement level 1 cultivator's.

It was pretty well know that a normal Body Refinement 1 cultivator was equivalent to 20 men, and a Body refinement two was equivalent to 40 men.

As a normal human he was capable of fight of reaching almost half the power of a normal stage 1 body refinement cultivator, which had shocked him quite a bit.

The pop up disappeared and Zen's attention was now back on the stage but it was a bit too late, as the guy who fought bare handed had sent the sword fighter flying with a punch but the next instance he himself had collapsed too.

Seeing that the fight had finished Zen was left with no choice but to turn back around and leave, but before he could do so, his eyes was caught by another pair of people who had just stepped into the stage.

These two both seemed like sword users, as each had a sword in hand as they walked in the stage.

They stood face to face to each other while hold their swords with both hand.

Clang, Clang, Clang.

The loud sound of the swords hitting against each other was loud and clear, sound being followed by another had taken up over the arena, it had taken over even the crowds cheering.

The clash of swords continued until suddenly both stopped, both of the sword start shining as both cultivators poured Qi into the swords. Pulling their sword back and with all their might, they each released two dragon shaped phantoms.

A blue and a yellow dragon phantom, both racing towards each other.

The dragon's head collided for a second before the blue dragon engulfed the yellow dragon and passed through it head towards the cultivators who had released the yellow dragon.

The blue dragon collided with the cultivator and instantly exploded, destroying the clothes and armour that the cultivator had. His body slowly fell, the damage was not critical as he had blocked majority of the power behind the attack with his sword but the remaining power was enough to injury him enough to not be able to stand anymore.
