19.Argument

[In the virtual world]

A small ancient bungalow-style building, this building was well decorated on the outside, and the inside was similarly decorated. The house was only divided into two areas, and it was spacious.

Their tones clearly indicated that they were arguing.

Meanwhile, Jaden stood on the building's roofs with his sword and armor, giving the impression of a god of war.

Jaden's cloak had been activated, so he had no fear of being discovered by the thieves inside. He listened to their words and decided to attack them before the battle had even begun.

"I'm the leader of this gang; without me, you wouldn't have succeeded. If you think supervising is a simple task, do well to play that role the next time we go on a mission, but that won't stop me from having this scepter." said the man.

"If I don't have it, no one else will." Although he was an NPC, the builders of the game programmed the game in such a way that NPCs can feel emotions and pain, as well as know the true qualities of humans, such as greed, love, and anger.

"Oh, it appears you've misplaced it, and I'll assist you in recovering it." The player was enraged when he said this.

Jaden, who was above them, heard the metals clanging and knew it was time to intervene.

Jaden jumped down cautiously, so as not to disturb the people inside. He tiptoed to the window of the rooms where the thieves were and peered inside.

First and foremost, Jaden examined the player... he didn't care about the NPCs because he was going to kill them anyway and they couldn't respawn.

The scepter was still in the player's hands as he fought the other thief with his other hand. The player and the NPC exchanged attacks at a rate of 2 DEF&ATK per second.

'If I use the Vortex and my Fire Lord magic together, the damage death will be massive, but it will destroy the scepter and there will be nothing to save,' Jaden pondered.

'Anyway, I can retrieve that scepter first and then use the Vortex,'

Jaden used all of his Agility stats to grab the scepter and leap into the air, landing in a random area of the room.

"What just happened?" Pizzaman exclaimed, looking at his empty palm; the scepter had already been taken from him, but he hadn't seen anyone.

'As I previously stated, those soldiers have not left, and perhaps one of them has the ability to use Cloak.' Pizzaman's mind was racing with ideas about the invisible attacker, unaware that the other party was already close by.

"You guys be on the lookout, the scepter has been stolen from us," Pizzaman warned his gang members, and the two NPCs braced themselves for a battle.

The three of them kept a close eye on the room, holding their knives and daggers, with the exception of Pizzaman, who held a sword, an iron grade sword.

"Fire vortex!" Jaden yelled loudly, knowing the thieves would hear his voice, but they wouldn't be able to see the attack coming and easily avoid it.

The whirlpool of fire raged in the direction of the thieves, devouring them.

Jaden dashed out of the house, eager to begin mission two as soon as possible. All Jaden wanted to do now was finish those missions as quickly as possible and return home, as he had already spent one day in the game, which is equivalent to 6 hours in real life.

"Lilith is probably bored. I'd like to see how she reacts if she starts the game "Jaden chuckled as he anticipated.

He activated the GPS and discovered the location of the pet and guards.

"Wow!" Jaden was taken aback because he had already completed one of the sub missions in mission two.

"This chaos GPS, as insignificant as it appears, is extremely valuable," Jaden chuckled.
