If finally reached the night before prom where she found out she was being played by the new student. He always leading her on since he was dared. Her best friend saw the signs and warned her before then but she turned a blind eye. Leaving the Friendzone

"You aren't ready yet?" My sister asked as she barged into my room. Hopefully expecting me to be dressed for the pre-prom party. She wasn't going with me since it was a high school thing but she was making sure I was dressed for it. My mood was changed. The energy wasn't just there and I lost interest. She was all hyped about getting me to look pretty and amazing. She was being a big sister.


I wasn't interested in going to the party hosted at Anabel's house. Some might say because I despise Anabel but that wasn't my reason. Matthew and I weren't cool and he was going to be there since the whole class was invited, including friends of friends. Meeting him there might ruin the energy to vibe and party.
