CH:33 Ends Or New Begins

After Donatello knocked out Falco, he rushes over to the turtles and I to make sure we are all okay. Don noticed my eyes were open and came up to kneel by my side.

I look up at him, 'Damn! I wish I could tell him how to fix the bloody pressure point...' I complain in my mind as that's literally all I can do.

Donny gives me a thoughtful look before he mumbles, "pressure points..."

My eyes shoot open as wide as they will let me and I attempt to wiggle my eyes up and down to let him know that he is right.

Don chuckles at my reaction before saying, "Okay, okay. Now let's see... He hit you right here, so if I just..." His voice starts to wander off as he begins rubbing his thumb on the centre of my forehead, slowly applying more pressure. After a few long seconds I start to get feeling back into my body. In less then a minute I could move like before my forehead got smacked into last year.

I slowly sit up while rubbing my temples. "Thanks Don", I finally grunt out with a rough voice.

"No problem, glad I could help." He says with a smile as he stands up, offering me a hand afterwards. As he pulls me to my feet he continues, "Speaking of which, help me with the others." Then Donny walks over to Leonardo, kneels down and starts to assess his injuries.

I wobble over to Raphael, almost falling on his chest as I try to take a knee beside him. 'Man, do I ever hate having jelly legs...' I grumble in my mind as I start to work the tension out of the pressure point in Raph's forehead. Placing my other hand beside his head to support my weight. His pressure point is a lot worse then mine so it takes a bit longer, but after roughly five minutes he wakes up.

As his eyes open, they immediately turn a vibrant sparkly gold and a broad smile grows across his face. "Morning Tiger", he says with a really rough voice and an arch in his brow.

I blush hard as I realize what's probably going through his head. After all, from his point of view he just woke up and his first sight is me leaning over him quite close with my hand on his face. 'He probably thinks I'm trying to make a move on him! Oh my stars! His brothers are right there... What if Raph trys something? Leo might flip shit.' I sit up straight and practically yell, "Glad you're feeling okay! That mad doctor sure did a number on you." Then I stood up kinda quickly and walked away from him as I try to get his dazzling golden eyes out of my mind. I head over to Michelangelo to see if he is okay as he is sitting up and I help him to his feet.

Raph sits up and rubs his head as he looks around. "Right. The doctor... Wait... Ying, did you take him down?" He asks incredibly confused while looking at Leonardo. As Leo is holding his side and being helped up by Don.

I just chuckle as I'm walking up to Donny while saying, "You have your bro, Donatello, to thank for saving our butts tonight."

As Raph gets to his feet he looks at Don with surprise and a bit of pride, "Whoa, Donny! Nice work!"

Leo is using one of his swords as a walking cane to help keep him balanced. He puts his hand on Don's shoulder saying, "Yeah, you really stepped up today, Donny." He finishes with a warm smile.

Mikey came up to our little group holding Falco's jar of mutagen, "And look, I found a mom!" Making me muffle a chuckle.

Donny sees the canister and gets serious, "Now that we have the ooze, let's see what Falco knows about the Kraang." But we all turn to see nothing right where Falco was.

"The Bastard gave us the slip!" Is all I could hiss through my clenched teeth.

Just then we all hear the chains rattling on the freaky dentist chair. We all look over in prefect unison to see to see Rockwell staring back at us with a pleading look in his eyes. He starts slowly grunting what sounds kind of like, "P-plea-se h-hel-p"

All of us just stare at the monkey man infront of us in shock before I fill with determination and step forward to unlock his bindings. 'I have to help him. I know what it feels like to be locked away like some beast to be feared.' I couldn't help but think as I remembered what it was like when I stepped into the stasis pod, and the relief on the faces of my own people before me as I take my last breath before being frozen.

The moment the monkey is free, he lunges towards the window. Pausing halfway out to look back at us with a grateful twinkle in his eyes and a little, "Ooo", before jumping out the window.

"Hmm, I'm no psychic but I think he just tried to thank us." Donny says with a bit of a grin on his face.

"Umm, if he reacts to angry thoughts is New York City really the best place for him?" Raph asks with a bit of sarcasm.

Donny holds his chin, thinking out loud he says, "There is a good chance that my retro mutagen is bringing out his Humanity more so I think he should be fine."

Literally right after these words come out of his mouth we hear tires screeching and horns honking. While some random guy yells, "Hey, monkey! Get off the.." But before the guy finishes what he is saying, he starts screaming and we hear crashing sounds making all of us cringe.

After a short moment Leo says, "Yeeah, I think he will be fine." And we all head back to the lair.

As we were returning home we ran into April as she was walking out of the dojo with Splinter. As soon as she sees us, she asks, "Oh, hey guys! How did it go?" But then she notices how banged up Leo was, "Oh Leon! What happened?!" She asks with panic creaping into her voice.

As Donny helps Leo to the couch, I answer April's questions, "Well it turns out that Falco was able to complete his research and he became temporarily psychic. Making him able to kick our asses. If it wasn't for Donny literally overloading the mad doctors brain with some intense math, we probably all would have been his new guinea pigs."

"And what about Rockwell?" She asks with concern creeping into her voice.

With a straight face I answer, "I let him go."

"Seriously! You let him go free in New York?! You do realize that he reacts to aggressive thoughts right?!" She snaps at me.

Getting really ticked off by her comment, I turn and look at her with cold eyes and snap back, "Still better than the alternatives. Which is being caged like a wild beast for the rest of his life or death." With that said I stormed off to Donny's lab thinking, 'Maybe if I tinker with something, it will help me calm down.' As I hear Don explain to Master Splinter everything that happened in great detail.
