Jasmine lost control for the first time

Joseph said nonchalantly. In the end, what he said was actually not without reason. That year, if it weren't for his compassion, the mother and daughter really could not have survived the sword of the imperial army. Jasmine mused and didn't speak, because actually what Joseph said made perfect sense. She owed him her own life, as well as her mother's.

Jasmine remembers when she was a child, her mother told her to take revenge. Whoever it is, as long as you owe it to them, you have to pay it back. But, she really couldn't do it. She herself is a human being, with a heart beating in her chest, eyes to see, a brain to think. How could she accept that the man who killed her parents was the one she was going to live with? But, thinking about the two lives he spared that year, she couldn't help but repay. Jasmine's head was buzzing, she really didn't know what to do now.
