Lightning Ability
Peter was getting excited and the more excited he got the more fire around him was getting hot. He finally claimed down.
"A fire user." Wayne was shocked. 'We haven't had a fire user in a long time. But when we do they are always powerful. We must make sure that we have this boy on our side. And we must protect him too. This is going to be easy since he is the number one strongest among the first years.' Wayne thought about it and knew that Peter was a variable to the school. He praised Peter for being an excellent student and how he would love to be his teacher. Peter felt like he was on top of the world having an ability this powerful and a rare ability too was something everyone dreamed of.
It was now Ben's turn to find out if he had an ability and if he did what ability was it. He stepped forward and walked towards the orb. He touched it and immediately a notification appear in front of him.

'What dumb question is that? Of course, I was it to be drawn out.' Ben shouted in his head. Immediately after answering the question he felt like a bolt of lightning had struck him. An arc of lightning was now surrounding his body. Everyone was shocked especially the teachers. They couldn't believe there was a real lightning ability user in front of them right now. Wayne was in shock not only did he see a rare fire ability user being born but he also saw a lightning ability user too. He immediately took something from his pocket. It was a round ball. He said something in it and place it back in his pocket. Meanwhile Ben was getting notifications like crazy but he ignored them. He was felled with excitement he could not wait to be able to learn how to use this ability and help him achieve his goal. To become a powerful unstoppable hero. A man who saves the lives of people and the one who ends the war between humans and beasts. He will finally be able to bring peace to his home world and kill every beast that gets in his way. Wayne also praised Ben for being blessed with an ability unlike any other. Ben went on to stand beside Peter who gave him a fist bump. After a few minutes, everyone was done. Some people looked excited and some looked disappointed. They were told to move to the stage again. On the stage Wayne and the man who talked about Qi were present.
"Listen up students!" The man shouted. "t doesn't matter if you didn't get an ability it just means you have to increase your Qi more than those with abilities. Some of you have supporting abilities such as healing abilities and so it would be wise to learn how to use Qi so you can at least protect yourself when in danger."
"Now that everything is done we would like for you to stay here for an hour so you can rest." Wayne said. Then some maids bought them food and drinks. But the top ten were taken to a private room where they could rest. The room was large and there was a large sofa where they could sit. They were also served food and drinks.

Somewhere in a dark room, there was a round table and seven people were sitting around the table. Each of them had a number tag on their chest. They all looked old and looked to be in their late eighties.
"I am sure you are all aware of why we are here today." The one with the number four tag said.
"Yes, there has been a report of a fire and lightning ability user." The one was the number five said but it was a female.
"Which means we will have to keep an eye on these students and make sure they are loyal to us and us alone." The one with the number one tag said. And everyone around the table nodded.

Ben sat down and was now checking the notification in his system.

'Wait no! My skills' Ben was shocked. The skills he worked hard for have just gone in seconds. But he recovered in seconds. He knew that the system wouldn't just take away his skills there had to be a reason. The system said his skills were interfering with his ability which met that his ability had something even better than his old skills. So now he was going to check his Status.

'That makes sense.' Ben understood why the system did that. After checking everything in the system he was now talking to Peter and Logan. Their conversation ended when they got a visit from someone in the room. When they looked up they saw a beautiful girl with beautiful creamy skin, long black. Everything about her was just perfect. This girl was the number six strongest among the first years and her name was Ann Wright. She stood in front of them with confidence.
Ben wanted to check her stats.

After a few seconds or awkward seconds, she finally said something.
"Greetings fellow students." Ann greeted them but it still looked like she was looking at Ben. "Number two Ben I heard that you are not dating that girl Claire anymore is that true?"
Been, Peter and Logan were all surprised by the question that was asked.
'Wait how did she know that I was not dating Claire? Did Claire say something or was someone on the roof that day? But if someone was on the roof I would have known that.' Ben thought about how she knew and would ask Claire later.
"Umm, well yeah we are not dating anymore." Ben answered truthfully. Ann had a small smile on her face. Before she could walk away Ben asked her how she knew about him breaking up with Claire and she gave the answer.
"You are the number two strongest among us first years don't you think everyone knows." She answered his question.
"Okay, but why did you come and ask me if you knew the answer?" Ben asked another question.
"You will find out soon." She answered with a small smile.
She left the group confused.
"So what was that all about" Peter asked his friends.
"I have no idea." Ben answered honestly.
The boys just let it off and continue their conversation. After about thirty minutes of talking, it was finally time for them to get back to the area with the stage. When the group got out Ben finally noticed that there were a lot of people looking at him. And they were all girls. Some had lust in their eyes which was weird for Ben but he just let it slide.
The man who talked about Qi was on the stage.
"Now to make sure that everyone focuses on Qi and to make sure that everyone is ready before we start the lessons a month from now I will be teaching you the basics of Qi for fifteen days and Mr. Wayne will be teaching you the basics of your ability for another fifteen days. As for those who do not have an ability you will use this full month to train your Qi making you stronger when it comes to Qi than the ability users." The man explained how they were going to do things from now on.
"If there are no obsessions let us begin." The man said with a large smile.
