Chapter 9; Just do as I say dear

"Alright we will take your offer," They replied politely.

Felix took out a million dollars and gave them,

"This is enough for the four of you, so you better leave now before things get messy."

The men took the cash and ran away, Tina's group, twenty guards they pulled their sacks out and packed everything inside.

They went back carefully and got into the boat with everything, but just as the engine rolled, Tina saw a sniper, "She shouted out, " Get down" they all went down and the bullets started flying.

"Take cover and speed the boat," saying that they pulled out their guns and started shooting, aiming at them while speeding the boat, after twenty minutes gun fight, they had moved further away.

Tina held her shoulder, she had been hit with a bullet, Felix saw that and went forward hurriedly and held her.

"There will be others waiting at the dock and we can't stay on the boat, we might be ambushed, change the direction." Tina said softly.

Her wound was bleeding, Felix pulled out a cotton and bandaged, wrapped the wound to stop bleeding.

After changing the direction they met another group sailing through the boat headed to the island, since they didn't know them they passed and minded their own business.

After riding the boat for an hour they arrived at their territory, another island she had acquired five years ago and built it as her base, no one knew it apart from the shadow guards.

They docked the boat and carried the stuff as they got off, Felix helped Tina and they headed directly into the infirmary, the doctor removed the bullet and stitched the wound

back.

"Felix let's go, drive me back." Tina said softly as she got up, walked towards the door. She knew if Tatiana woke up and couldn't find her, she will have a nervous breakdown.

"But madam you are injured?" Felix said worriedly.

" It's okay let's go. also when it's in afternoon send one shadow guard to drive my Jeep back." Felix helped her up and they got into a speedboat and docked in the Southern harbor. They took a cab back and let the guard return the speed boat to the island.

They arrived back at her house, opened the door and entered in, it was early morning, she changed and laid back on bed. pulled Tatiana into her arms gently.

Felix went to rest too in the other bedroom. She felt drowsy and slept off when she took some pain relievers. She slept for two hours, when, Tatiana stirred up, and opened her eyes as she said softly, "Tina are you injured? I smell disinfectant."

" Not really I might have picked it up while passing by." Tina said softly with her eyes closed.

"What did you go to do in the hospital?" Tatiana asked anxiously. Tina could feel her emotions stirring up.

" Visited a friend of mine." Tina said softly and pinched her soft cheek.

" Are you not going to work today?" Tatiana asked curiously.

" Not really am resting and accompanying you today." Tina replied to her.

" Tatiana, you are still young don't you want to go the University?" Tina asked curiously.

" I.. I... I want to." Tatiana replied anxiously, she could feel Tina was of a higher caliber than her by miles, she has to have some knowledge and not embarrass her.

"Don't force yourself if you don't want to Tatiana, I don't want a perfect woman, I want just the you, alright?" Tina said while soothing her gently.

" I want to go, I did receive an admission letter it's just that I didn't complete the procedures six months have passed." Tatiana said softly.

" Which University and course?" Tina asked politely, while her hands twirling her wavy hair.

"I... it's the the...." Tatiana didn't want to say it because she wanted to choose something that will help Tina, she was her only main goal. before she could finish thinking, she heard a Tina's voice.

"Don't lie to me, I hate lies the most." Tina said coldly.

" I applied for hospitality and winery courses, here in Coast University." Tatiana spoke out the truth.

" Alright, I will arrange things for you to go back to the university by tomorrow. Do you want to board or day scholar?" Tina asked softly.

" I will do day scholar" Tatiana replied hurriedly. she didn't want to board.

"mnnh.. alright let's get up, freshen up first, there are some small size dresses you can change into." Tina said softly.

Tatiana nodded her head, stood up and went into the bathroom, after freshening up, she walked out while rubbing her hair with a towel.

"Come here." Tina sat up and called her, even if she got shot, the position wasn't tricky that can cause any pain or open up.

Being called she went towards her, Tina placed her on her lap, pulled the bedside drawer and got a blow-dry, she plugged it into the socket that was just a little bit above the drawer.

She removed the towel and started drying her hair.

"My dear your hair is too long, don't you want to trim it?" Tina asked curiously.

" No when it reaches the waist length, I will get married." Tatiana replied bashfully.

" Hahahaha you want to get married? to who?" Tina asked softly.

Tatiana held her hand as she replied, " To you of course," while pouting her tiny lips, she whined like a baby.

" Alright after you have grown up." Tina said softly.

" Alright, all done, you can go down now, I will meet you in the dining room." Tina said softly.

" Can't I wait you here?" Tatiana asked curiously.

"Just do as I say dear, be good. mnn..."Tina replied softly. Having been told she walked out of the bedroom and headed to the dining room.

Tina got up and pulled the lowest cabinet and took out some cotton bandages. She walked into the bathroom, cleaned up and removed the bandage, applied some medicine, then re-bandaged again. Wrapped the wound safely, wore some black khaki pants with a long sleeve blue shirt.

Since her hair was short, had a bob cut, it didn't require much work on it.

She then walked down the stairs and headed to the dining room.
