It was the next night that the attack happened.


First, Marcius received voice transmission from the Shadow Guards that the hostile targets were approaching the Flavic sector from the west.


Then, Marcius himself sensed them. There were at least three thousand soul signatures Marcius detected approaching the walls of the Flavic sector.


But before they could reach the perimeter, with a surge of magical energy, a blue dome-like barrier started to form from the ground and coved up to the top. Within seconds, it completely encompassed the sector.
