The Beginning

Marcius suddenly found himself in an endless void, floating. He looked to his right, and then, to the left to see if there was anything else in this dark void other than him. But the pitch-black darkness that blanketed the surrounding did not allow Marcius to see anything. And he just floated there without aim.

Then, suddenly, he was no longer floating without directions. Marcius felt his body yanked forward as he zoomed toward a bright yet small orb.

He was pulled forward and forward until he could finally see what the small bright orb was. It was not an orb. It was a planet.

Although, saying that it was a planet would be a little much, as Marcius could only recognize it as such due to the many mountain ranges that crossed the planet's surface. But that was it. It was a ball-shaped landmass that had many different levels of terrains.
