The following three days after the meeting in which Marcius's grandfather decided to go ahead with his plan were the busiest days for the members of the Aemilia clan as well as the soldiers and officers of the Flavic Legion.


Although there had been extensive preparations for the war to come, there could never be enough preparations if they really wanted to win the battle ahead. In addition, aside from the brief battle with the two elders of the Order of Purple Sun upon the walls of the Mediolan city, this would be the first true fight the clan of Aemilia would have with the order. Thus, Titus Aemilia wanted to make sure the troops under him could be as ready as they could be, and the preparation time of three days was given.
