A knock on Liam's door pulled him out of his thoughts, and he went to get the door. He looked kind of surprised to see Ariel because he wasn't expecting her. She still remembers he even exists after the show that she pulled off here last night with her beloved mate Vick~ Note the sarcasm.

"Can I come in?" Ariel requested, her fingers nervously interlocked between each other. Liam didn't utter a single word and just let her in, checking out outside to know if Vick could somehow be watching them. That guy is full of tricks.

After he shut the door, Liam moved back to the study desk he was on before the knock interrupted, pretending to be busy as he glanced through some papers on the desk, waiting for Ariel to be the one to say something first. He has no idea what to say to her till he hears her speak first.
