You Are Not Gods Chp 19

Percy POV

"Not much is it?"I asked myself as I see Alcatraz

I have only seen it in pictures but it sure does seem pretty used up

I am at least a few dozen feet from it and I can hear screams coming from it

I fly down and simply blast my way through

I grab an arrow that was shot at me with its tip glowing bright green

I just throw it back and watch as it pierces the monster who shot me

I start blasting monster one by one with finger KI beams

("Pew, pew, pew, pew, pew") I think in my mind as this is rather fun

I make sure to look at them before I blast them

I hear a screech

"WHO ARE YOOO..." I cut her off by blasting her in the face

But she manages to dodge out of the way

"Well, I'll be damned," I say as this was proof that Ares was limited to a completely mortal form when I fought him

"FIGHT ME," I scream as we both charged at each other

As we slammed toward each other I notice how she looks

Kampê has a human head, with snakes for hair, like Medusa. She has a half-human body, like a centaur, but with reptilian skin and a dragon half, with gigantic claws alongside the tail of a scorpion

As I get close to her a land a punch on her face which makes her spit out blood before she retaliates and slashes me in the chest with her claws

I scream in pain but I fight through

My aura burst to life before I begin to force it inside my body to not lose any power

She grabs me by the arm and sends me flying through the wall and I land on the ground with a pained chuckle

"Yes," I whisper softly as I continue to chuckle at this

"This pain will make me STRONGER," I scream out and go towards her as she burst through the wall and I slam into her and punch her in the stomach

She tries to use her claws again but I see it coming and simply dodge them while rotating in the air for a spin kick to her face

She staggers back and I can tell that her nose is broken

I quickly begin to punch her everywhere I can and she spits out blood

I see her aiming her scorpion tail at me, but I grab it and rip it off and stab her in her left eye

"Arrghh, YOU MISERABLE," I rip it off her eye and stab her right in the middle of her neck, I quickly draw some silver daggers and proceed to stab her with them multiple times

She tries to scream but I cut her off by stabbing her in the eyes and into her brain

She finally dies and I sigh as I feel a wave of calmness and warmth hit me

"Such brutality," A warm female voice says behind me

I turn my head and quickly glance at the goddess behind me

"What do you want?" I asked her simply barely even acknowledging her existence

"Why are you going so far to destroy us?" She asked in a somber tone

"It is time all of you pay for your actions," I answered as I kept looking in the prison cells for Briares

"We are gods, we do not answer to you," She responded to which I chuckle

"Are you now?" I asked chuckling darkly at her saying that

I turn to look at her

"What kind of gods would be stupid enough to act as you have?" I asked her

She stares at me arrogantly

"As a certain God Of Motion once said, 'to be a god you just have to make people believe you are'. To me, you Olympians are nothing but parasites. Feeding off humanity to keep your powers. What kind of pathetic gods need to be remembered to continue to exist?" I asked her as she frowned in anger

(This is so easy) I thought laughing in my mind at her and by extension the gods

"You were made to serve and..." She began but I cut her off

"We were made to serve. That is laughable. You are gods, yet you will never truly have free will," I said laughing

"You exist because we..." I interrupted her again by grabbing her by the throat

"Listen here queen bitch. I am not someone you want to piss off. I gave you Olympians a chance to be better and actually take control of your lives but instead, you haven't even tried," I said getting angry at their undeserved arrogance

I throw her with enough force to the point that she breaks through the entire prison until I couldn't see her anymore

"Good riddance," I say as I continue to look for the hundred-handed one

"WHAT THE FUCK," Exclaimed three old hags as they cut a string, however, it did nothing as the string was no longer connected to anyone

"How?" They said in shock
