Her stomach turned. "I thought you said you were a Star Warrior. What species are you?" She looked him up and down, from that demonic horn on his head down to his muscled torso and clawed fingers. All that and the pattern on his skin brought her to one conclusion. "You look like a snake with arms and legs to me."


Again, that made him sigh. "I am not a snake."


She tapped her foot. "So, what are you?"


"Our DNA is almost ninety percent similar. Except Zyrgins are superior."


He truly thought a creature such as him could be superior to humans?


For now, she ignored his arrogance. "DNA?" He might look like a snake with arms and legs, but he had a brilliant brain that she was beginning to suspect held the secrets of the universe.


He stared at her. "I keep forgetting how stupid humans are in this century."
