Teasing

"MUM!!!!" I shouted as I got up and ran to the kitchen.

As I entered the kitchen, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of pancakes and waffles. I totally forgot what I wanted to say as the delicious aroma broke barriers and penetrated into my nose. They were placed on the counter, I had to touch my mouth to check if I wasn't drooling (thís ís purє hєαvєn í tєll чσu).

"What is this time?" She asked. "Hmm... Lex".

"Um, it's Tommy. He's teasing and annoying me again" I answered not blinking from the heaven in front of me.

Growl!!! Growl!!!!!

I covered my face in embarrassment. How could my stomach grumble at this point in time?

Growl!!!!

Not again.

Mum chuckled. "Oh my God! Is there a giant monster in here?"

"MUM" I pouted.

"Yes honey. I'm trying to look for the monster " She smiled innocently while looking round the kitchen.

Growl!!!!!

She burst into laughter.

"It's louder than the first time" She smiled.

My stomach must be angry with me for not shoving some of those beauties down my throat as it kept growling (вє pαtíєnt, í wíll fєєd чσu sσσn).

"So, Tommy is teasing you again?"

"Yes. I was poking me"

"Really?"

I nodded.

Mum knows how Tommy loves to annoy me.

"I will speak to him" She said. "Now help me take this to the dinning table before the monster growl again."

I nodded with a smile on my face.

There is no need for more explanation, I am willing to lift Mount Everest if it means getting FOOD (αlwαчs rєαdч fσr thє jσв).

I kept stuffing my face with delicious pancakes as light conversation was going around the table. I paid no attention to them as I was busy with these beautiful gift to mankind (sσ lσvєlч).

"Lex, take it easy. Do you want to choke?" My mum scolded me. I wasn't eating fast (wαs í?).

"You are such a glutton" Tommy said in an amusing tone. "I wonder, how are you not fat?"

"Don't you know that she's Patrick Star recantation"Trisha - My elder sister - smiled.

I glared at both of them as best as I could before continuing with my food.

"Both of you should stop teasing your younger sister. It's not her fault that she eats like your Grandma Nora - Dada's Mother - it's in the blood" Dada said innocently.

'innocently!?' more like 'evilly!?'

Wait till I tell Grandma Nora what you just said (*єvíl lαugh*).

"Honey, your mother will lose to Alexia hands down" Mum giggled. (mum чσu tσσ).

"Yeah!" Tommy agreed. " Lexi, how many compartment stomach do you have?" he poked my side (í wíll вítє σff hís fíngєrs).

"I think it's a thousand cause she never get satisfied" Trisha answered chuckling.

"One day, someone evil will bribe you with food and take you away. By time he will lock you up in a big dark scary dungeon" Tommy said evilly.

"Hump!"

As long as they have plenty food to give me.

This is an everyday routine. I always get teased for my love for food, I mean who doesn't like food. Food is the best thing ever and it's only Grandma Nora that shares this Philosophy with me (lσvє чσu grαndmα nσrα).

"So, What are your plans for the day?" Mum asked us.

Shining Crystals!!! I forgot to introduce my family to you. What was I thinking? (fσσd, fσσd, αnd mσrє fσσd). I hope you can forgive me, I promise to share my cupcakes with you but I get the largest share (nσ ít's σr вuts), that's all I can offer - take it or leave it (í'm sσ nícє).

I live with my family which includes my father, mother and siblings. You guessed right, I'm the youngest at home not that I care but it's annoying sometimes being told what to do - I'm not a baby for crying out loud. My parents are into different businesses, Tommy just the graduated from university and is helping out at Dada's office, Trisha is in fashion school. I'm the only one still in high school (ít sucks).

"I have to submit my new sketches to the professor" Trisha answered mum's question.

"So, how is it going?" Mum asked in concern.

"Truthfully, it's not being easy."

"It may be a bit tough now but i know you will get by. One way or another." Mum said in a determined tone.

"Your Mum's right" Dada added. "Just keep giving your best, that's all that matters".

"Yeah. I can't wait to wear your design" Tommy winked at her.

Trisha smiled.

"Thanks Mummy, Daddy and Tom. It really means a lot" she smiled. "You too Lex even though I didn't receive any motivational speech from you" she pretended to be disappointed.

"Why should I motivate you? Huh..... When I am already your muse" I had a confused look.

Tommy laughed.

"Her muse! On how to eat" He said while laughing.

I scoffed.

"If you don't know, I'm a worthy muse. I've got the looks, shape,height and personality. Everyone love's me cause I'm so so so adorable. What else do you need" I defended myself - if no one can then I will.

"Diet" Tommy said immediately.

"What?!" I gasped. "Are you trying to kill me. I can't live without my babies" I said, deliberately showing aggrieved expression.

Dada face palmed. "Sure a foodie".

"Alright. You guys should give Alexia a break. We all love her big appetite regardless. Right"

They all nodded.

I will believe them. For now.

I looked at the time. ugh.... I have to leave for school.

I stood up. "I will leave for school now".

I kissed my parents on the cheeks.

"Have fun in school" Mum said.

"No funny business young lady" Dada added as well.

"And stay away from boys" Tommy smirked.

"You will be first boy I would definitely stay away from" I snorted.

"Ouch! Lexi that hurts" He placed his hands on his chest.

I scoffed.

So immature.

I walked out of the house to go to one place I dreaded most (Oh! Brother).
